 A Estate manager knows how to make use of the assets in a profitable way.
A relationship between self discipline and estate management also come out into
view clearly from the estate manger. Estates man ship instructs men to rule others.
Enemies are also considered as assets of estate manager. The estate manager has
skill and knowledge that how to get benefit and how to make use of enemies. He
has an ability to get maximum yield by using minimum resources.

It is said that if you are born poor then it is not your fault but if you die poor then
it is your fault (Bill Gates)

so estate manager has ability to deprive the poverty. In short, estate manger knows
what to do, how to do, when to do,

Estate manager has leadership guts, everyone listens to hum carefully and
everyone is loyal to him if he is present or not. Estate manager`s behavior is good
with indoor people as well as outdoor people (Wives, servants, friends, enemies
etc). Male and female both can be estate managers, women are the estate manager
of house jobs and activities and men are suitable for outdoor ones.

It is true that it is impossible to master all branches of knowledge but the

manger knows how to utilize the work force. He is a motivator, he never blames
anyone for their mistakes, he shows them the right path. He gives incentives,
rewards to his servants to do their work well. He is a craftsmen, God fearing
person. Estate manger utilizes the best of their ability the talents which the God
have implanted in them and society approves.

Agriculture sector is the most beneficent sector and business; if the estate manager
is a farmer then he has patience, ability to provide food to community, profit
generation in honorable way and to expand his estate of possession qualitatively
and quantitatively. The land provides the greatest abundance of good things, but
doesn`t allow them to be taken without effort.

Arrangement and order are the possessions of estate manger, he builds trust
and he is a good instructor. A person is fit and energetic if he is taking the correct
amount of exercise and diet then he is more likely to to increase his estate.

He is the man of his own words, he does not breaks his promises and so he
rules the others. He gives acknowledgment and reward to truly good persons
 An estate manager has ability to make people responsible and loyal to him.
He knows how to wield authority over the work force, he has ability to teach
people mastery and kingship.

Technical knowledge is very beneficial for a person, this knowledge makes

people rich , where`s who dont know them can work hard but still remains in the
cycle of poverty. Estate manager is a good listener and observer if he belongs to
the agriculture sector then he should have the knowledge that when to sow, when
and how to harvest, about water logging, about plantation, how to use draught
animals, he should have the identification of land.

A farmer will lose his estate due to negligence, ignorance, irresponsibility,

so he should be aware of the conditions and perspectives of the agriculture sector.

Wield authority is a common to all activities, as they are considered as

agriculture, political or estate management or warfare. The same method is used
for military purposes

However this king`s qualities of estate manager can be seen and learned by a
normal person who has critical analyzing abilities and complete sense of hummer.
