social media profiles because
nowadays is the best way to
spread something.
GROW MODEL
GOAL
Our main aim is to make an association which
is going to be spread through social media.
What we want to do with the project is to
earn money to build more schools in the
North of Pakistan, that is where Malala lived.
OPTIONS
We are very motivated and our feeling for
helping is very positive.
Pros: we know how to use the social media
and most of the people know how to use
them.
Cons: we dont know if it is going to work
the project.
REALITY
We are a group of people who wants to
spread Malalas message in a different way.
We cant count with Malalas help because
she is in the hospital and we dont know her,
but we have a lot of information that we have
looked for, so there isnt any problem.
WILL
Our next step is to create the profiles on the
social media and start with the association.

Forming: we didn't understand what
we had to do, so we where getting
anxious. But we where trying to be
positive and kind to each others.

Storming: we still didn't know what

we had to do, but we all tried to give
ideas. That didn't work, because
those ideas did not make sense with
what we had to do.

Norming: we finally understood what

we had to do. We established the
roles and we started working together
as a team.

Performing: we achieved the team

goal by working together.
One child, one teacher, one book and one pen
can change the world.
