This is a preliminary report giving indicative footings that are considered appropriate for the proposed building and
indicating the basic problems associated with the site. Before a building is constructed on the block, it will be necessary
to get the Engineers Construction Report for the actual building to be built.

Footing Type: 1. RC Grillage Raft to be founded a minimum of 200mm into firm natural ground.

2. Slab on ground to be 100mm thick reinforced with SL72 fabric placed at

25mm from the top surface.

7. Based on our contour plan we recommend cut & fill for this site.
In areas uncontrolled fill exceeds 400mm, provide a 125mm thick
Slab with SL 92 mesh 40mm from the top surface.
8. The footing design assumes that all trees on site are to be removed
and takes into account the effect of neighbouring and council trees.
