Residents Must
Abide by the House Rules
Consider other residents right to peace and quiet
Pay dues on time

1. Always lock the room before leaving. Please protect your belongings. The management is
not responsible for any articles lost or stolen.

2. Please refrain from making loud noise so as not to disturb other residents.

3. No vandalism damages will be charged to your account. Double-sided tapes, any form of
stickers, hammering and drilling of holes on the wall and door are strictly prohibited. Tape
residues will be charged P1,000 per wall.

4. Please keep your room tidy. Please do not store your belongings outside of your door.

5. Respect our neighbours. Do not throw anything out of the windows no matter how small
the litter be.

6. Gambling, smoking, and drinking of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

7. Observe cleanliness. Dispose of your trash properly. Always separate bottles.

8. For everyones safety, cooking inside your rooms is strictly prohibited.

9. Please turn off and unplug from the outlet all appliances and devices before leaving.

10. Do not fix anything by yourselves. Ask or report to the management anything that needs
fixing.

11. Please pay on time. Payments made 10 days after the date will be charged a late of 10%.

12. Advanced payments are non-refundable.

13. Follow other rules that may be made from time to time.

14. The management reserves the right to evict tenants not abiding by the house rules without
refund of advanced payments.

15. Temper your expectations; this is a boarding house and not a pension house.
