COCA-COLA ROXY WINTERFEST FACT SHEET

The first annual Coca-Cola Roxy Winterfest is coming to Atlanta this December.

Event Description: Coca-Cola presents the first ever Coca-Cola Roxy Winterfest. This is going
to be a big concert that will include multiple artists including Beyonc, John Mayer, Ed Sheeran,
and Miley Cyrus. The concert will be held this December in Atlanta. The event is going to
promote the new Coca-Cola Zero Sugar project that was recently launched. There will be
contests and giveaways at the event that will incorporate the Coca-Cola Zero Sugar theme.

Event Date and Time: This event will be held on Dec. 9, 2017. Gates will open at 5 p.m. and
the first performer will begin at 7 p.m. The concert should end no later than 11:30 p.m.

Event Location: The concert will be held at the Coca-Cola Roxy in Atlanta Georgia. This is the
new venue for the Coca-Cola Roxy that was just opened this year. The venue is located at The
Battery at SunTrust Park in Atlanta. The address for The Coca-Cola Roxy is 800 Battery Avenue
SE, Atlanta, GA 30339.

Participating Vendors: Food and beverages provided by Coca-Cola Roxy will be available for
purchase inside the venue. Merchandise will be sold inside and outside of the venue before and
after the concert. The merchandise items will also be available online at
cocacolaroxywinterfest.com/merchandise.

Ticket Information: Pre-sale tickets will begin on Oct. 10 at 10 a.m. General public ticket sales
will begin Oct. 12 at 10 a.m. Ticket prices will range from $100 to $350. Tickets will be sold at
cocacolaroxywinterfest.com. There will not be tickets sold at the door of the event. Parking
passes will also be sold up until the day of the event on the ticket website. Parking passes will
range from $20 to $40. Parking can be purchased at the event.

Special Guests: Performers for the concert will include Beyonc, John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, and
Miley Cyrus.

Raffle/Giveaways: There will be a social media contest that will occur during the event that will
give guests a chance to win an array of prizes. Guests will get to post selfies and pictures of
themselves at the event using the hashtag #CocaColaWinterfest and certain posts will be
selected to win prizes. Prizes may include tickets to upcoming concerts at the Coca-Cola Roxy,
coupons for free Coca-Cola Zero Sugar products and Coca-Cola swag. There will be Coca-Cola
swag bags that will be handed out at the end of the concert as guests leave the venue. The swag
bags will include Coca-Cola Zero Sugar t-shirts, coupons for Coca-Cola products, and Coca-
Cola cups.

Schedule of Events:
1 p.m.: Artists begin to arrive at the venue for sound checks.
2:30 p.m.: Pre-show exclusive interviews will occur.
5 p.m.: Gates will open to the public. There will be a DJ playing music from now until
the performances begin. This is the time for guests to participate in raffles and social
media contests.
6:30 p.m.: Coca-Cola Roxy Winterfest kickoff begins. The DJ will start getting the crowd
ready for the first performance.
7 p.m.: Miley Cyrus set begins.
8 p.m.: Ed Sheeran set begins.
9 p.m.: John Mayer set begins.
10 p.m. Beyonc set begins.
11:30 p.m.: Event comes to an end and guests are dismissed.
Midnight: Cleanup crew comes in to clean the venue.
