INTRODUCTION
Research Questions (if research questions are not specifically mentioned, what
is the theoretical background or overarching theme):
Teachers to measure the effectiveness of principals' technological leadership,
teachers' technological literacy, and teaching effectiveness.

Purpose of the research: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships
among technological leadership of principals and the technological literacy and
teaching effectiveness of elementary school teachers.

METHODOLOGY

What is the methodology for the research or approach used to understand the
issue? Provide information regarding the following:
Participants:
The survey target population consists of 1,000 teachers randomly selected from
Taiwanese elementary schools.

Procedures: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among


principals' technological leadership, teachers' technological literacy, and teaching
effectiveness. The survey target population consists of 1,000 teachers randomly
selected from Taiwanese elementary schools. The survey asked teachers to measure
the effectiveness of principals' technological leadership, teachers' technological
literacy, and teaching effectiveness. Additionally, the data were analyzed using
structural equation modeling to test how well the model captured the relationships
between these quantities. The results of the common fit indices clearly indicate that
the model fits the data quite well. The findings show that principals' technological
leadership improves teachers' technological literacy and directly encourages teachers
to integrate technology into their teaching. Furthermore, teachers' technological
literacy directly affects their effectiveness. Principals' technological leadership also
makes teachers more effective. Principals' technological leadership, as mediated by
teachers' technological literacy, can affect teaching effectiveness. The results suggest
that principals, as technology leaders, must develop and implement a vision and
technology plan for their schools.

Data Analysis: The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling to test
how well the model captured the relationships between these quantities.

RESULTS

principals' technological leadership improves teachers' technological literacy and
directly encourages teachers to integrate technology into their teaching.

REFLECTIONS

Students Reflections (changes to your understanding; implications for your


school/work): As we all know principals have so much responsibility and they are the
closest person to teachers. Because of that principals can affects to teachers very
easily. Basically it is true. If the principal good at technology they can easily encourage
to school with technology. New generation students are learning with technology so it
is very nice to have this kind of skills. I remember from my high school years his
relationship with technology was very bad. We had smart boards in our classrooms
but we were not using them. Our teachers werent know how to use smart boards.
Teachers were asking to principal, but he was not care about it so our teachers never
use it. If he cares about it then I am sure that our teachers can do something better.
