Is your Property digital ready?
Between 2010 and 2013, analog free-to-air TV signals are being switched off and replaced with digital-only signals. This
means that when this occurs in our area all properties that currently only receive analog signal will need to be upgraded to
digital. It is the responsibility of the landlord to ensure that their property is upgraded to allow the home to receive digital
signal.

In regards to units that we manage, we will be over the next few months, contacting body corportate’s to discuss whether the
complex is ready for digital.

We have discussed with a local antenna company what the best steps would be to ensure that your home is ready. They
have stated to us to ask each tenant in the home to contact them direct and ask “a list of 6 questions” to ascertain if the
property is ready. We will be sending in the near future a letter to all of our tenants to request that they do this.
