Guided and Independent Experience (group working with the teacher) for 15 minutes:
Teacher do a procedure with student about how to make a jam sandwich.
Teacher start to ask student who know how we do the jam sandwich?
T. ask student what we need?
T. ask student what will use?
Teacher will give the student a work sheet that includes 6 squares that the student will draw and write the
steps. Teacher will discussion with the student the steps, she will ask them what is the first step? , what will
do next, then , after and finally.
Teacher give student 10 minutes to write and draw the steps.
integrate the math with English lesson for 10 minutes:
Teacher will give the student a blank paper and will let them to write the questions that is for math but, related to
the English lesson.
Student will write the questions in 5 minutes:
If there are a 25 students how many bread did we need?
If every student will have 2 slice of bread, how many bread do we need for 6 students?
Every bag of bread slice has a 25 slices; how many bags do we need if we have a 25 student?
Did one can of jam it will be enough to do 25 slice of bread or we need another can?
How many ingredients that we use it to do a jam sandwich?
Teacher will use think pair share strategy in this activity.
After every question teacher will give student time to think 1 minutes.
Teacher will let student first to think, then to share their answers with friends in the group and last to share their
answers with the whole class.
Teacher give student 10 minutes to write their answers.
Closing for 10 minutes:
Teacher choose one student to be in her place, student will do a review about how make a sandwich and what is the
steps.
Evaluation / Assessment: How will you know your students have achieved the goal?
When student respond to the teacher and by the questions.
