The term “Shop Drawings" means drawings, iagrama illustrations, schedules, performance charts, brochures Sand other data which are provided by the Contractor tothe “Engineer of Record” to ilustate details of a portion of work 12. Purpose of Shop Drawings. Shop drawings are prepared to provide the engineer of record with information which assists in Fonfirming the Contractor understands the intent ofthe design Shd to provide the supplier, fabricator or manufacturer with Information which assist them in making the component. 43. Preparation of Shop Drawings. The Contractor should arran Pept of or ory aed shop dawings as caled for by the Contract Documents or as the engineer of record may reasonably request ‘Shop drawings are prepared by fabricators, supplies, equipment manufacturers, subcontractors and contractors or by ‘thers retained by these various groups.
