STRENGTHSINWORK:
Elizabethwasadelighttoworkwithandhaveinmyclassroomthissemester.Sheisveryeagertolearn,andhasanaturalway
ofinteractingwithstudents&pacinglessonsappropriately.Shewasalwaysveryeasytocommunicatewith&definitelywas
forwardthinkinginherneedtocompleteherrequirements.Herapproachtothestudentsandstaffisveryprofessional,andshe
pickeduponwhereaneedwasfairlyeasily.Herlessonswereveryageappropriate,wellthoughtout&plannedfor,engagingfor
thestudents,andcontainedavarietyofwaystoreachthestudents.Inbothlessons,shedidaverynicejobgivingthetopica
veryapplicableapproach.Forexample,sheusedpicturesofherownchildhoodhomesandfamilywhendiscussingmigration
andthevariousreasonspeoplemove.Elizabethwillmakeafantasticteacherinherfuture!

SUGGESTIONSFORGROWTH:
Letmebeginbysayingthatmanyoftheitemsthatwerenotedasdeveloping,orthegrowthareasIseeforElizabeth,arevery
commonareasthatdevelopovertimeandexperience.Forexample,thinkingthroughpossiblemisconceptions,theorderto
doingthings,ordifferentiatingforALLstudentsarethingsthatdefinitelycomefromyearsofexperience!!Growthintheareaof
confidencewillhelpwithElizabeth'scommandovertheclassroomwhenitcomestogainingtheirattentionagain,thiscomes
withtimeandexperience.Experienceintheclassroomwillhelpwithgrowthintheareaofanticipatingproblemsornecessary
changesthatmayneedtooccurwithinalesson.Keepbeinginquisitiveandpassionate,andmanyofthesegrowthareaswillfall
intoplace!
