Comes now the undersigned attorney, and files this Motion to Continue in the above
referenced matters. The above referenced matter is scheduled for Arraignment on Thursday,
December 7, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. before this Honorable Court. As grounds for such motion the
undersigned attorney would show unto this Court the following:

1. The above referenced matter is scheduled for Jury Trial on Monday, December 11
at 9:00 a.m. The Defendant however, intends to plea in the above referenced
matter. The undersigned has been informed by the Assistant District Attorney that
the families of the victims wish to be present at said plea and are scheduled to be in
town for the Monday court date.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the undersigned attorney is respectfully
requesting that this Honorable Court GRANT this Motion to Continue the Arraignment
and set this matter for Monday, December 11, 2017 at 9:00 a.m..
