The Grand Jurors of the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, Charge-1,_.:

that HOWELL EMANUEL DONALDSON, III, on October 9, 2017, in the Coulli)y of

Hillsborough and the State of Florida did unlawfully and feloniously kill a

human being, to-wit: BENJAMIN MITCHELL, with a premeditated design to effect

the death of BENJAMIN MITCHELL or any other human being by shooting him, and

during the commission of the offense, the said HOWELL EMANUEL DONALDSON, III

carried, displayed, used, threatened to use, or attempted to use a weapon, to-

wit: a firearm, and actually possessed a firearm and discharged a firearm, and

as a result of the discharge, death was inflicted upon BENJAMIN MITCHELL,

contrary to the form of the statute in such cases made and provided, to-wit:

Florida Statute 782.04(1)/775.087(1)/775.087(2); and

COUNT TWO

The Grand Jurors of the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, charge

that HOWELL EMANUEL DONALDSON, III, on or between October 11, 2017 and October

13, 2017, in the County of Hillsborough and the State of Florida did unlawfully

and feloniously kill a human being, to-wit: MONICA HOFFA, with a premeditated

design to effect the death of MONICA HOFFA or any other human being by shooting
her, and during the commission of the offense, the said HOWELL EMANUEL

DONALDSON, III carried, displayed, used, threatened to use, or attempted to use

a weapon, to-wit: a firearm, and actually possessed a firearm and discharged a

firearm, and as a result of the discharge, death was inflicted upon MONICA

HOFFA, contrary to the form of the statute in such cases made and provided, to-

wit: Florida Statute 782.04(1)/775.087(1)/775.087(2); and

COUNT THREE

The Grand Jurors of the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, charge

that HOWELL EMANUEL DONALDSON, III, on October 19, 2017, in the County of

Hillsborough and the State of Florida did unlawfully and feloniously kill a

human being, to-wit: ANTHONY NAIBOA, with a premeditated design to effect the

death of ANTHONY NAIBOA or any other human being by shooting him, and during

the commission of the offense, the said HOWELL EMANUEL DONALDSON, III carried,

displayed, used, threatened to use, or attempted to use a weapon, to-wit: a

firearm, and actually possessed a firearm and discharged a firearm, and as a

result of the discharge, death was inflicted upon ANTHONY NAIBOA, contrary to

the form of the statute in such cases made and provided, to-wit: Florida

Statute 782.04(1)/775.087(1)/775.087(2); and

COUNT FOUR

The Grand Jurors of the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, charge

that HOWELL EMANUEL DONALDSON, III, on November 14, 2017, in the County of

Hillsborough and the State of Florida did unlawfully and feloniously kill a

human being, to-wit: RONALD FELTON, with a premeditated design to effect the

death of RONALD FELTON or any other human being by shooting him, and during the

commission of the offense, the said HOWELL EMANUEL DONALDSON, III carried,

displayed, used, threatened to use, or attempted to use a weapon, to-wit: a

firearm, and actually possessed a firearm and discharged a firearm, and as a

result of the discharge, death was inflicted upon RONALD FELTON, contrary to

the form of the statute in such cases made and provided, to-wit: Florida
