Strengths Well planned lesson with excellent supporting documents. Objectives clear. Well organized and well
prepared. Very good demeanor around students. Very receptive to constructive comments. Moves well throughout the
lesson. Provides some positive and supportive comments. (Do More) Efficient with collection of equipment.

Areas in need of improvement: Need to provide more encouraging comments and enthusiasm. Hold students accountable
for behavior more consistently. See the field all the time. Increase volume of voice. Create a presence of command.
Rotate students to the different activities more frequently.
