To the Attention of applicants

1. All required documents for visa should be submitted in the day of submission (Monday, Wednesday, Friday
10.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.).

2.All applicants are subject to a personal interview with a consular officer.

3. Ordinary visa processing time is 3-10 working days.

4. Express visa is processed within 2 working days from the day of submission and costs double price (for
example: express Business double visa fees = (2250+3500)x 2=11500Rs.).

5. If the duration of proposed stay in Ukraine will be more then 3 months, Certificate on HIV (AIDS) infection
absence is required.

6. Visa Application form should not contain any corrections related especially to the name, passport details of
the applicant, date of proposed entry to Ukraine, duration of stay, number of entries, date of submission and
etc.

7. All documents for Ukrainian visa should be submitted in original along with 1 attached copy of each
document (copies of application form are not required).

8. The Embassy accepts the insurance policies of the following companies:

9. Consular fees have to be deposited to the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (Jeevan Vihar
Building, 3, Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001, Account number: 014974,
Beneficiary: the Embassy of Ukraine).

In case of non-observance of the above mentioned instructions, the

documents will not be accepted
