ORDER

Sub.:- National Lok Adalat to be held on 09.12.2017 and Special Lok Adalat on 10.12.2017
at Dwarka courts Complex.

As per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi a National Lok Adalat and Special Lok
Adalat is being organized on 09.12.2017 and 10.12.2017 respectively. In this regard, the following Judicial
Office(s) along with Associate Member(s) and Legal Aid Counsels are appointed. Further, all the concerned
Presiding Officers can detain their Staff viz. Peon and any two of Reader, Stenographer and Ahlmad of their
own choice for smooth functioning of Lok Adalat.

Note-XI[ The remaining Lok Adalat Judges deputed in National Lok Adalat on 09.12.2017 and Special
Lok Adalat on 10.12.2017 will look after the work mentioned against their names given in
Coloum No. 5 and shall sit in their respective Court Rooms mentioned in the coloum No. 3 as
mentioned hereinabove.

All the Ahlmads of the courts whose files are ordered to be transferred to the
transferee court to be taken up in the said Lok Adalat are directed to send the files so
listed complete in all respect to the transferee court on or before 08.12.2017 till 3.00 P.M.
Further, all the Ahlmads of the concerned transferor courts/ as well as transferee courts
shall display the name of the concerned court on the cause list outside their own court in
order to facilitate the litigants as to where their cases have been transferred.

Non-compliance of this order shall be viewed seriously.
