BSM Supply chain finance

Position Purpose:

To put in place BSM who take care of Supply chain finance sourcing, servicing, relationship
management, timely collection of overdues, and interact with vehicle manufacturers at local level.

Branch Sales Manager Supply chain finance & Equipment Leasing.

Bengaluru

Span of Control (Geography & No. Of reportees):

Will cover entire operating Geo of Karnataka

Specific Responsibilities:

Role for Supply chain finance:

Servicing existing accounts in terms of Renewals, Ad hocs, enhancements, TODs, etc.
Maintain a regular follow up for collection of Overdues / timely repayment of TODs.
Sourcing Supply chain proposals - after doing due diligence / collecting market feedback about the
dealer.
Regular interaction with regional / local manufacturer representatives.
Initiate new tie ups with manufactures based in the area
Regular collection of market information about new dealers / status of the existing accounts.
Provide any local coordination for post docs execution, collaterals creation, regular stock audits, etc.

Key Performance Indicators:

For Supply chain Finance:

New business acquisition in terms of limit size (Rs. In Crs).
No. Of new relationships being acquired.
Maintaining portfolio IRR at requisite levels.
Control on Portfolio Overdues / Getting TOD repayments on time.
Regular Interaction with Manufacturer representatives.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience.

Technical Competencies / Skills: Negotiation skills, Collection Skills.
