Shift Timings: 6.00 pm to 3.00 am (US Shift Time) - Pick & Drop service will be available.

Candidate should be-

Willing to work in US Shift Timings (6.00 pm to 3.00 am).
Willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai, but the drive is conducted at Bangalore location.
Candidates who are willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai should only apply.
There are about 30 openings in Strategic Sourcing Roles (Analyst/ Sr. Analyst/ Lead).
Candidates should have experience into Strategic Sourcing, Vendor development,
Global Sourcing, handling entire RFX Process.

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and research trends in the industry as well as Best Practices and pursue
and adopt these as appropriate for assigned commodity area.
Solicits bids, leads auctions, negotiates with suppliers, makes recommendations,
qualifies and contracts with new vendor
Manage internal customer relationships by leading cross functional sub-category
teams, developing deep category knowledge and to aggressively track and improve
non-compliance with preferred supplier(s)
Maintain good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong
partnership with internal stakeholders
Manage and optimize functional sourcing support activities while ensuring adherence
to clients corporate standards.
Draft and/or evaluate scorecards. Conduct complex suppliers performance validation
events and drive improvement initiatives.
Conduct complex/adhoc supplier profiling and financial risk assessment. Should be
able to do industry benchmarking and market intelligence reports independently.
Execute standardized sourcing processes and strategies for assigned categories/sub-
categories
Work effectively with peers and others to operate a proactive supplies and
consumables environment for the businesses
 Conduct RFx sourcing (includes eAuctions) and benchmarking for the commodities
and services assigned and create analysis to support recommendations for periodic
changes in supply
Ability to understand standard purchasing practices and techniques, independently
work with suppliers and receiving locations to quickly reconcile discrepancies with
supplier deliveries and other client terms & conditions.
Analyses quotations, manages day-to-day supplier interfaces including
discrepancies/deliveries, etc. - Participates as member of Sourcing Team to ensure
compliance with all procurement processes
Conduct suppliers performance validation events.
Conduct basic supplier profiling and financial risk assessment activities
