the payment in my favour.

In the light of position mentioned above it is requested that two officials may be requested from
administration as substitute before relieving of Mr. Kashif Iqbal Hussain. Besides this it is also pointed

Financial Review of Revenue Expenditure and PSDP Expenditure is

prepared in all accounting units as well as in Central Books Section. The main

purpose of its preparation is to Control Over Expenditure. It is comprised total


budget allotment, proportionate budget allotment, actual expenditure for the

expenditure to end of the month and proportionate budget of the same month.

My husband has died 6 years ago. I have no son. I am residing in a
rented house with my unmarried dependent daughter. I am facing a lot of
financial problems to keep my soul and body together.

A degree / Succession Certificate has been declared in favour of


my elder brother Zaheer Ullah Khan my younger sister Shazia Badar and me
(Nasreen Fatima Jamil) on 11-06-2015 (copy attached).

My brother & sister surrendered in my favour if the said Khokha is


transferred in my name, In this regard documents are attached herewith.

proposed to be fixed in upgraded pay scale B-18 Rs.17455/- but my pay was
fixed at Rs.16105/- i.e. less by Rs.1350/- as shown in Annexure B enclosed.

In terms of Finance Division O.M. No.F-1(12)IMP-11/91 dated


29-06-1991 referred above. Pay may kindly be allowed at par with the pay of
Miss Azra Parveen (R) Accounts Officer at Rs.17455/- on 12-09-2005 on
upgraded pay scale B-18 to redress grievance saving me irreparable loss of

January, 2015. My DPC is under process as Accounts Officer being
a Senior most A.A.O. Now DAO/WAC is also recommended my for
current charge appointment/Posting as Accounts officer (copy
enclosed).

2. My elder son is a special child (Disable) and student of Rising Sun


Special Education Centre / School XX Block DHA, Lahore. I am
residing at Railway Officer Flat at Walton. I have to look after my
special child all the time otherwise he is disturbing other sister &
brother during their study.

3. At present the post of Accounts Officer/Walton has been vacated


due to sudden death of Mr. Muhammad Zaman, A.O./Walton and
A.A.O. Walton has been awarded current charge as A.O./Walton,
who is standing junior to undersign. I have never ever been given
the benefit of current charge of A.O.

It is therefore, requested to kindly look into my request and I may


be given the opportunity to post Accounts Officer/Walton CC/OPS basis, so that I
could be able to lookafter my special son properly.

I shall remain prayer for your long life and prosperity for this kind of
actness on humanitarian grounds.
