Notes:
1. All tubing lines should be sloped towards the sensor assembly 83.33 mm /m (1 in./ft.) minimum for a length of approximately 305 mm (1 ft.) 1/4 in.
Copper or Stainless Steel Tubing Only.
2. The zero test gas should be nominal 1% O2 /N2 Balance. The test gas must be certified for O2 content.
3. The span test gas should be a mixed gas of O2 /CO/N2 balance. The concentration of the O2 /CO should be a nominal 21% Oxygen, 1000 PPM Carbon Monoxide,
balance Nitrogen. The test gas must be certified for both O2 and CO content.
4. Use two-stage filtration (Balston DX and BX recommended with 1/4 NPT fittings) immediately before the regulator to insure good instrument air quality.
Available from ABB via Nomenclature or Kit No. 258560_1.
5. Two-stage cylinder regulators for zero and span gas delivery at 15 psig. Do not use a single stage cylinder regulator.
6. Supplied by the Customer.
7. Accessories within dotted lines are optional and not necessary for operation. May be temporarily installed for maintenance procedures.

Notes:
1. A02 (COe) defaults to 4 mA or 1.0 VDC when a Type SMA1 analyzer is installed. A03 (inlet/outlet
temperature) and A04 (combustion efficiency) default to 4mA or 1.0 VDC when these options are not selected.
2. Analog outputs can be selected for isolation in pairs. A01 and A02 define a pair. A03 and A04 define another pair.
3. D02 (process COe alarm) defaults to normal state when a Type SMA1 analyzer is installed. D03
(process temperature alarm) and D04 combustion efficiency alarm) default to normal state when the efficiency
option is not selected.
