4. Swissball station
Try these exercises be careful in setting yourself up they are easy to fall off!!! Lie your belly
over the ball and slowly walk yourself backwards or forwards to get into positions above. See if
you can hold it for 20 secs, if more advanced, try a push up or rolling ball away and towards
you.
