CMPak Zong Faisalabad Project

Worked with ZTE as a RF Engineer from September 2013 to 30th October 2015 at
CMPak Zong RNO project at Faisalabad. My key responsibilities include

4G SSVs (PSC, RSRP,RS CNIR) on Ericsson equipment

Inter Operator Bench Marking
CS/PS Drive Test 2G,3G and 4G network.

Observe the particular cell parameters such as Rx-level, Rx-Qual,

C/I, SQI, TA, RSCP, EcNo, CQI, RSRQ, RSRP and CINR.
Drive tests the sites having customer complaints and reports the
issue.
Checking the handover performance between cells (Incoming /
Outgoing HO).
PRE and POST Drive Test the sites on which physical and soft
parametric changes were implemented.
Physical audits of the sites to collect the physical data.
Post processing the log files to draft the reports and analyze the
Events (Call drops, HO Failures, Blocked Calls) with concerned
Optimizer.
To prepare reports & presentations at Regional & BSC level for
team lead. Checking the Sector Swap in 3G after implementation in
2100 through PSC.
Health check of sites after deployment of 3G.
Performed Complete SSVs of 3G sites, checking Soft handovers,
IRAT handovers, HSDPA, HSUPA, R99, Cs fall Back, Data and video
calling.

3G cluster drive tests for CS (3 mobiles idle, short call, long call,
data downlink)

3G Cluster drives for Data using data card.

Benchmarking Drive tests of 3G sites of Zong for comparison with

other operators in the region.
Customer Complaints related to 2G and 3G.

Walk tests of 3G Indoor of newly deployed sites at VIP locations to

meet the customer Requirements
