Organizational behavior studies the impact individuals, groups, and structures have on human

Findings & Analysis
Firstly we know about Morality and then we go forward to Leadership and then relate
to organization with employees.

Morality :

Firstly what is morality , The simplest answer is that morality is the human attempt to define
what is right and wrong about our actions and thoughts, and what is good and bad about our
being who we are. But that's not really all that simple, is it? Philosophers have been attempting
to provide answers to this question for thousands of years! Perhaps if we stand upon their
shoulders and look at this question we can find some answers that will be meaningful for us.

" concern with the distinction between good and evil or right and wrong; right or good
conduct "

Morality is through ethics, the philosophical study of morality. In the field of ethics, morality is
often defined in one of two ways. First is normative, in which actions are judged by their merits,
allowing societies to develop codes of conduct for behavior. The Golden Rule, do unto others as
you would have them do unto you, is a classic example of normative ethics, since you are
determining morality through your actions. Other examples could include helping someone
who is lost, or finding a wallet and turning it in to the lost and found. If your actions to another
person align with how you want to be treated, they are moral.

The other side of this is descriptive ethics. If normative ethics try and define how people should
act, descriptive ethics asks what do people think is moral? This branch of ethics does not
actually claim that things are right or wrong, but simply studies how individuals or societies
define their morals.
Leadership:-
Leadership is the ability of a company's management to make sound decisions and inspire
others to perform well. Effective leaders are able to set and achieve challenging goals, to take
swift and decisive action even in difficult situations, to outperform their competition, to take
calculated risks and to persevere in the face of failure. Strong communication skills, self-
confidence, the ability to manage others and a willingness to embrace change also characterize
good leaders.

"To me, leadership is about playing to strengths and addressing weaknesses in the
most productive and efficient way possible. It's about knowing your team and
yourself, and doing your best job to set both up for success." Sammy Cohen, co-
founder, Neon Bandits -"

Leadership involves:

1. establishing a clearvision,

2. sharing that vision with others so that they will follow willingly,

3. providing the information, knowledge and methods to realize that vision

4. coordinating and balancing the conflicting interests of all members and stakeholders.

Morality & Leadership in Organizations :-

Concept:-
Morality is a critical factor in leadership that its absence could turn an otherwise powerful
leadership model (i.e. transformational leadership) into a disastrous outcome. The ethical
climate of an organization is not solely a reflection of the personality and morality of the leader.
It is also a product of relationships. The interplay between leaders and followers and co-
workers can cause the aggregate level of morality in an organization to rise and fall. People are
motivated and demotivated to do the right thing partly by their environment and those
around them. To reduce moral failures in organizations, you have to understand the bigger
picture of human interaction.
How TCS use the morality & leadership in the their own firm:
MR. Farooq mention in his interview said that in TCS a person who is on at least Manager job
have a experience of minimum 6 to 10 years. He is quite good in his skills used in his particular
department. For me a leadership is when successful when he is able to persuade his followers,
and the persuasion is possibly only when i behave as a social character means Morality. It
means not only good manners is morality, it contain all ethical measurement e.g. right and
wrong, values to share all ranks of employees, conceptualize with other, Youre more likely to
construe yourself in terms of we rather than me i kept in my mind as a leader when upper
management assign me a task and MR. Farooq influence the staff as a leader. Leaders can help
create a virtuous circle of organizational citizenship and interdependent self-construal by
actively encouraging employee feedback and upward communication. We act as a Team
culture is most likely to lead to the right behaviors and provided the wider organizational
culture conforms to accepted the moral norms.

Now everything contain pros & cons. So cons are when you get a responsibility of leadership
some conflicts, dissonance, disarrangements are normally occur in every type of organization,
and if the leader go on their point and did not solve their solution,
