As far as I know, 1 Kg = 2.2 lbs.


Therefore, 3500 calories = 1 lbs.

To lose 1 Kg, which is 3500 x 2.2 lbs = 7700 Calories <<-- This is how much Calories we need to burn.

To lose one kg of weight per one week ..let s say that one needs to lose equal amounts of the three main
nutrients: carbohydrate, fat, and protein..so about 333 g of each..Since each gram of carbohydrate gives
4 cal. , a gram of fat gives 9 and a gram of protein 4 .. so (334*4) + (333*9) + (333*4) =5665 cal is the
total amount needed..That is around 810 cal per day for one week .. or to cut 76.5 g of carbohydrate , 30
g of fat and 67.5 g of protein daily at the same time..

to lose 1 pound you need to burn 3500 calories which its equal to 0.45KG so you do the math if 0.45 kg =
3500 calories then 1000 gm / 450 gm = 2.22 so 2.22* 3500 calories = 7,777 calories
so for 1 kg you need to burn 7,777 calories

walk daily 30 mins it is enough to reduce 2kg per week hav an experience I looses 2.5kg in 1 week only
wat I did 30 mins morning walk datz it . n yaa no sugari juice no sweets no junk food only home made
food n no rice

Many more details are required to consider your question seriously for giving any useful answer ---like
your height,surface area, weight ,your diet,nature of work,daily exercise.
How ever after deciding the weight to be reduced, how much to be allocated by each ,say,diet, exercise
etc. to be worked out.
It should be a slow and steady reduction .

this is totally an experiment schedule and one should try practically and should monitor is weiight day by
day and it is not a day process . we should work for one year continously.
