INTRODUCTION

The main reason of this survey is to get some knowledge about entrepreneurial,
experience among successful entrepreneur. The important of entrepreneurship are
entrepreneurs can create new businesses to gain income. Entrepreneurs also can create social
change. Entrepreneurs regularly nurture entrepreneurial ventures by other like - minded
individuals. They also invest in community projects and provide financial support to local
charities. This enables further development beyond their own ventures. Some famous
entrepreneurs, like Bill Gates, have used their money to finance good causes, from education
to public health. The qualities that make one an entrepreneur are the same qualities that motivate
entrepreneurs to take it forward.

The background of entrepreneur that I interviewed from Shaklees company. Shaklee

Corporation is an American manufacturer and distributor of natural nutrition supplements,
weight-management products, beauty products, and household products. The company is based
in Pleasanton, California with global operations in Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Taiwan,
China and Indonesia. Her name is Miss Nurul Safika Binti Mohd Salikin. She was 28 years old.
She was an agent for Shaklees producted. The location of the interview was held at Felda
Tunggal Kota Tinggi, Johor on 21 October 2017. The duration of the interview was around 45
minutes. I choosed her because of she had a big dream to be a manager of Shaklees company.
She also one of my sister that had a high spirits in business.

The research methods used involve mostly surveys as the main methodological
approach and questionnaires for data collection, later on face-to-face interviews were
supplemented by some qualitative studies. In many cases, the surveys were based on only a
small sample, but allowed drawing conclusions only about particular enterprises. Today we can
use to some extent, also statistical databases, which makes the samples more representative, but
the small number of indicators remains a problem, and their reliability is not guaranteed. To be
able to assess the business environment and get a clear understanding of the regular trends and
phenomena, repeated research using the same methodology is needed.

FINDINGS

From the information that I already got from the interview, Miss Nurul Safika has
worked as a clerk and she make this business as a part time job. In this business, she want to be
a master manager and get more income. She has a dream of becoming an entrepreneur since at
secondary school and she started this part time job since finished her secondary school. When
she gets a bonus from sales she used as side income. She falled in love in the business world
when she started make a small business like sell snack and chips at her workplace. One day she
hope she can be on the top level in the Shaklees company with a hefty bonus with make online
or offline sales. So far there has been no risk in the business that she involved.

She has many competitor from the other brand but she did not make a reason to give up
in the business. She has a rule in her business life, which is in one day she must sell at least one
set of product and in one week her will get the targeted point. She give some advice anyone
who wants to get involved into a business must have an interest, a target and a desire to succeed
in a business that is involved. Finally, she also said never give up with what you do, have
passion for success, and deep interest in business.

CONCLUSION

From the study of entrepreneurship I got a lot of experience regarding the entrepreneur
journey. The journey of my sister as an entrepreneur is not easy. She faces lot of difficulties
before establishing herself as an entrepreneur. Due to her full dedication and hard work, she
achieves this apex point of success. To be a successful entreprenuer passion is key to keeping
a business strategy moving. Half-heartedness in an entrepreneurial endeavor will chip away at
your drive to succeed. Perseverance is the one thing thats guaranteed to move anything over
time, whether its a person, a job or an entire company. Abraham Lincoln failed at most of his
efforts until late in his life, but he never gave up.

The improvement that we can do for the survey is use a big number of indicators to get
a strong understanding about entrepreneur. In the modern world people can no longer expect
large enterprises to guarantee them jobs for life. Individuals are increasingly expected to seek
out their own opportunities, actively create value and behave ethically, rather than faithfully
follow rules and routines set by others. In particular, today's young people need to learn to be
enterprising, both when working for others and when setting up their own businesses. Being
enterprising involves taking responsibility for decision making, becoming increasingly self
reliant, pioneering, adventurous, daring, dynamic, progressive, opportunist, ambitious and
holding your values, as well as being able to initiate ideas and see them through into action.
