Descriptive Writing

Prior Knowledge (What knowledge are you building on?)


- The Students know the meaning of adjective
- Most of the students can remember the 7 descriptive areas (color, shape, size, number, position,
doing, texture)
- Most of the students didnt use them in writing

Lesson Activities: (What will students do in the Resources and teaching aids:
lesson?) 1- Pictures of different cartoon characters
- Opening (7 min) : sit on the carper / describe a 2- Pencils

- Main Activity (20 min): Do the plan for their 4- Writing papers

By the end of the lesson, students will be (better) able to:
- Students will be able to use the 7 descriptive areas in their writing (color, shape, size, number,
position, doing, texture)
- Students will be able to organize the paragraph (title, introduction, description, evaluation)
