Question1 .Ms .Priyanka is a fresh graduate from Baroda School of Fashion
Design. She has approached for opening of a Bank Account. In addition she has to
take an office on rent and hire a few designers and tailors. ----

As she is a fresher we have to enquire about her ideas on business.

We ask her to bring the estimation of the project.
We have to enquire which type of loan she wants.
We have to assist her which type of documents she have to be submit.
We have to suggest her to open a current account for her business
operations.
We suggest her to open her employees salary accounts with our bank. We
also provide insurance for machinery also.

Question2. Mrs. Ganesh iyyer is 57 years old and has an established business .She
is grooming her son and daughter to run the business. She is also head of a family
trust and she wants to expand her trust activities. ---

Mr Ganesh iyer is a entrepreneur we will inform her the type of overdraft

facilities.
we are providing for a Current account in our bank and canvas for a
current account of her business.
As her son and daughter are new to business we have to know the
educational qualifications.
And we have to know whether they had any experience in marketing field.
We advice her to make her son and daughter to open a current account in
our bank.
We suggest her to open an account for trust activities.
We have to know how many employers are going to be work in her
business.
We suggest her to open her employees salary accounts and inform about
insurance.
We have to inform him to open a trust account where you can increase
employment.
Question3 Mr Goverdhan has retired recently from army and received benefit
about 50 lakhs. He wishes to settle down in bangloreand wants to start his
securities consultation services.

Solution:

Here firstly when the customer comes to us we will greet him with warm
gratitude.
Then we will find what are the customers requirements.
Here he wants to secure his 50 lakhs, settle down in Bangalore, start his
security services.
Now we will ask the customer with some basic questions like
1. Where would he like to settle in Bangalore?
2. How many members are there in his family?
3. Does he have an account in the bank?
4. If yes then which bank he has an account in?
5. Where would he like to invest his 50 lakhs?
6. How many members will he like to recruit in his security
consultation services?
7. How many companies would he tie-up for his security services?
8. Would he also open a salary account of his employees with the
bank?
9. Which bank his family members have an account in?
10.Would he like to avail a loan for opening his security services?
After this we will inform the customer with the bank policies.
We will also advice the the customer about how to invest his 50 lakhs.
Also advice him for LI & HI for his company employee.
Question:4

Mr. Bharat Bhatia and is an ambitious young man. Just now he has closed 2 taxi
car loans he had 3 years ago . He wants to expand his activity .

Report:

As a bank manager I will ask :

1) As Mr. Bharat Bhatia has repaid his loan and he wants to expand his
business so , we can
Suggest car loan .
2) As he is going to hire driver , I will suggest him to have a current account ,
health insurance of the driver with the bank and also the salary accounts
for them .
3) We can provide car insurance and we also suggest to open the account of
drivers family also.
4) After the process of all these we can also introduce him MUTUAL FUNDS.

Question:5

Ms Sujata is in her first job as a software engineer . she is married to Mr Dheeraj

,a share broker .they are planning to buy a car and a house loan

Report:

As a bank manager I will ask :

1) she is in her first job so we give home loan according to her needs and
their estimates also.
2) I will introduce her with the product of opening a savings account to her in
the initial stage.
3) As she wants a car loan also ,so we give all the details of loans ,KYC,ITR
FORM -3YEARS.
4) I also offer them for opening a joint account.
