Ensure Both Battery Charger panel and

Battery Bank are clean.
Note if any fault or tripping or damage in

Battery charger panel /Battery bank
Record of any activity that happened nearby

or above the panel.
Do Physical check up and check for any

(Abnormal Noise/Smell and temperature)
