Conclusion of result

The primary data used were gained from the outcrop, core, and rock sample. In this research, there
are six core samples collected from boreholes have a total depth ranging from 75 m to 200 m. The
laboratory analyses executed were eight rock samples for organic petrography, and three samples for
geochemistry method of Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry.

Shale, coal, sandstone and claystone can be found in this outcrop. Also, there are two types of fossil,
which is fresh water fossil with 20 cm length and 15 cm width and a trunk with 22 m length and diameter
of 90 cm. The analyzed shale sample shows a composition of organic matter consists of 14.4% vitrinite
maceral of all vitrodetrinite types and mineral matter of 83.6% clays and 2% pyrite. The other analysis are
Gas Chromatography and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectometry. This analysis conducted on the same
shale sample.

The composition of organic petrography in Sinamar formation consist of Maceral and Mineral
Matter.
