Registration for Winter Semester 2017-18


1. Commencement of Classes and Late Registration for the next semester (i.e. Winter 2017-18), as per the
Academic Calendar, is scheduled on 02 January 2018.
2. Course Registration Form (CRF) for the semester (in the E-campus) is required to be submitted by all students
between 07 December 2017 and 26 December 2017. Please note that submission of CRF is mandatory for
registration.
3. Registration will be deemed accepted only after the fees are deposited. The Fee schedule is as under:

* Electricity charges, as announced by the Warden, are to be added to this amount. Hostel rent will be refunded to the students,
who are going for off-campus BTP and vacating the hostel in December 2017.

4. The fee schedule for the students of 5th/6th year B. Tech and 3rd year PG students will be the same as above.
However, tuition fees are not applicable to the students registering for internship only.
5. Students will need to pay the fees through Paytm and Eazypay, ICICI Bank during 11 December 2017 to
28 December 2017. The payment can be made in cash, Net Banking, Credit card / Debit card or local
PO/DD/Cheque (PO/DD/Cheque should be in favour of DA-IICT and payable at the place of deposit). Outstation
instruments will not be acceptable at the place of deposit. Detailed instructions for fees payment are available
on the \\daiictpdc\Announce\Fees-Payment. The student must retain copy of payment with him.
6 Please note that the fees deposited should be of accurate amount. Inadequate payment of fees shall lead to
non-acceptance of registration whereas in case of excess payment, no refund will be made except for Loan
cases. Please check all the details in your Fees pay-in slip before submitting it at ICICI Bank and in case
of discrepancy please contact Registrars Office.
7 Late registration (only on genuine unavoidable grounds) will be allowed up to 08 January 2018 only, with a late
registration fee of Rs. 300 per day. Thereafter, admission of the unregistered students shall stand cancelled.
8 In case of late Registration, fees (including late fees) shall have to be paid at the Accounts Office, by PO/DD
only. The PO/DD shall be drawn in favour of DA-IICT and payable at Ahmedabad.
9. Unregistered students are not allowed to attend the classes/tutorials.
