IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials focuses on integrating and adding

understanding to the existing literature on communications, putting results in context. Whether

searching for in-depth information about a familiar area or an introduction into a new area, IEEE

Communications Surveys & Tutorials aims to be the premier source of peer-reviewed,

comprehensive tutorials and surveys, and pointers to further sources [1]. It is an online peer-

reviewed journal published in USA and it is written in easy and clear language for readers

unfamiliar with the subject of the article [1].

Computer Science is not comprehensible for the public however, it is engaging in every

aspect of their lives thus, tutorials are a major part in CS disciplines. Actually, tutorials are

important thing and it makes it easy for the public to use new technology furthermore, the easily

understand of the modern technology is a significant factor that every corporation racing to have.

Indeed, every organization want to have that friendly interface that every customer is looking for.

Friendly system guarantees more users. CS develops the information systems additionally, every

data gathering and surveys even in the general fields are directly related to CS. Computers make

it easy to publish, collect and analyze surveys. CS is an updated major and surveys play a big

part in measuring the publics feedback. In fact, the feedback is the reason that the systems have

new updates from time to another. One of computer science major standards is to divide big

problems into small ones and the solving of the problem process could be collective effort thus,

surveys from non-computer users is also important. Surveys is one way to provide data and data

is the fuel that keeps computer business running. Data is the reason why companies manufacture

super-fast computers and invent large memories. Software component such as: data and apps is

related to CS fields more than the hardware. Definitely, CS is fully responsible of developing

software systems and sorting online data but the hardware is an intersection between Computer

Science and Electrical Engineering discipline. CS companies such as: Apple and Microsoft

specialized in software products and sing agreements with other companies to make their

hardware products. Programming and developing software is a complicated process required full

awareness of the resources and how to take advantage of them. The goal of every programmer is

to develop a small size program that is rich with useful features. Small size program is more

popular among users because you can download it very fast and it will not reserve big part of the

memory. One program can have different versions depend on the users device. CS students need

to be smart, creative and fast thinking just like their computers.
