Gert in Betrieb nehmen. Bitte untersttzen Sie uns,
diese Betriebsanleitung zu verbessern. Fr Ihre Anre-

Sollten bei der Inbetriebnahme trotzdem Schwierig-
keiten auftreten, bitten wir Sie, keine unzulssigen
Manipulationen am Gert vorzunehmen. Sie gefhr-
den dadurch Ihren Garantieanspruch! Bitte setzen Sie
sich mit dem Lieferanten oder dem Stammhaus in
Verbindung.

missen, so setzten Sie sich bitte mit einer unserer
Niederlassungen oder dem Stammhaus in Ver-
bindung.
Alle in dieser Betriebsanleitung beschriebenen Zei-
gerthermometer sind wartungsfrei. Sie enthalten kei-
ne Komponenten, die von Ihnen instandgesetzt oder
ausgetauscht werden knnen. Reparaturen knnen
ausschlielich im Werk ausgefhrt werden!

None of the dial thermometers described in theses
operating instructions requires any maintenance.
They do not contain any components that can be re-
paired or replaced by the user. Repairs can only be
carried out in the factory!

2. Beschreibung Description Popis

Zeigerthermometer mit starrem Schaft oder Fern-
leitungen sind entweder mit organischer Flssigkeit
oder Gas gefllt und arbeiten nach dem Prinzip der
Flssigkeitsausdehnung bzw. der Drucknderung
oder mit Bimetall-Messfeder ausgefhrt. Die hierbei
auftretende Bewegung wird ohne bersetzungsge-
triebe in eine Drehbewegung des Istwertzeigers
umgewandelt. Durch die Drehung der Zeigerwelle
wird ber ein Abgriffsystem der Mikroschalter bet-
gigt (nur bei Zeigerthermometer mit Kontakteinrich-
tung).
Bei Beachtung nachfolgender Hinweise ist eine
strungsfreie Funktion gewhrleistet.
Dial thermometers with rigid stem or capillary are
filled with an organic liquid or gas, and operate on the
principle of liquid expansion or pressure change, or
incorporate a bimetal spring. The resulting movement
is converted into a rotation of the pointer, without any
gearing. The movement of the pointer spindle opera-
tes the microswitch through a lever system (only for
dial thermometers with contact devices).
Provided you observe the instructions below, you can
be sure of problem-free operation.

Die entsprechenden VDE- bzw. Landesvorschriften
sind zu beachten. Zulssige Schaltleistung siehe Ty-
penschild.
Der Anschluss der Kontakteinrichtung ist nach dem
beigefgtem Schaltplan bzw. Anschlussbild dur-
chzufhren. Der Anschluss ist von der Gerteaus-
fhrung abhngig:

Vorsicht
Bei gefhrlichen Messstoffen, wie z.B. Sauerstoff,
Acytylen, brennbaren und giftigen Stoffen, sowie bei
Klteanlagen, Druckbehltern usw. sind die betref-
fenden einschlgigen Vorschriften und Bestimmun-
gen zu beachten.
Zubehr
Erforderliche Zubehrteile sind dem Gert in einem
Beutel beigefgt. Die Verpackung ist daher genau zu
kontrollieren.

5. Bedienung Operation Obsluha

Zeigerthermometer mit Anzeigekorrektur knnen bei
konstanten Umgebungstemperaturen verstellt wer-
den. Die Einstellung erfolgt rckseitig mit einem
Schraubendreher.
Indication adjustment
If the ambient temperature at the case and capillary
differs from the calibration temperature (+23C), there
is a permanent error at a constant ambient tempera-
ture, or a variable error under changing ambient tem-
peratures, see installation location/ambient
temperatures.
Dial thermometers with indication correction can be
adjusted at constant ambient temperatures. The ad-
justment is made at the back using a screwdriver.
