the number of your approaches, you may run into bitter,
angry, sad or man hating women!
Its not that these women are bad people, its just

Be congruent! When youre congruent, how you

feel and what you do are in alignment. Its neither
easy nor necessary to lie or to fake it when you talk to
women! Congruence, is an absolutely crucial element of

This is one of the reasons this process becomes

confronting! At some point youll realize you have to

she will. And if you let it happen the way she wants to, you
almost always get filtered out just like the guy before you

Let me tell you more about this flow:
Imagine two big massive bubbles! One is your

reality, how you think and how your world is, and the
other bubble is, hers!
Once you meet in a bar, caf, yoga studio or

university, a battle of realities begins (Not in a violent
way)! Shell try to suck you into her bubble! Her fun is to

force her reality and playfully reject you (99% of

women)!
Within the first few minutes, she is going to makes a

decision! Am I gonna give this guy a chance? Is he worth
my time? Could he be the one? Or is he a weak, needy, low
value loser guy?
If she sucks you into her reality, if she can easily get
you to react to her emotionally and you just stand there
and watch her run the show, youre done! Game over! See
you later!
Most women dont know how and why they reject

men (Funny but true)! They do it subconsciously and by
nature, they are very good at identifying a low value,
needy, insecure guy who never gets women! So they make
the assumption that you are exactly the same!
And dont get me wrong, you could be the nicest guy

with the best intentions, but at this point, before you bed
her, your intentions dont matter!
You, must dominate her reality! You have to burst

her bubble, and bring her to your bubble! You have to
show her that your reality is more fun than hers! She can

sure about who you are or what you want, if you
subconsciously put her on a pedestal, if you dont have the
right beliefs about sex, women and social dynamics or if
you want to excuse yourself, youll be unable to take the
interaction to a place you want! You keep getting rejected
aka: you will be sucked to her bubble!
If thats your reality right now, dont worry even a

bit! Its like that for all of us by default! Youre gonna learn
how to dominate her reality like never before! I have lined
up all tools you need here! In these sections I just want to
you to get familiar with the problem!
When meeting a total stranger, you only get 1

shot! Thats why phrases like You can never have a
second first impression are common!

non-sex-worthy guy, the game is over! She will have to

motivate yourself and make the approach. For most men
approaching women is the hardest part of the process!
2.2.2. vision
Can you imagine? My friend Weso says: You gotta

imagine it first! Can you picture yourself with someone
like her? If your vision is limited; if you cant picture you

A broke bartender for example! I used to be one! I

didnt have any money! I owed 20k on my credit cart at

sequence of things that works! What to say, how to
say it and what to do in each specific situation!
There are certain behaviors that trigger attraction!

There are literally hundreds of characteristics that build
attraction and tons that kill the attraction. Ill go through
them later and explain how to use them, but for now I just
want you to know that building attraction is not a random
process! You WILL master the step by step process of

I wanna quickly tell you about frame control and

how it affects your results!
Remember the bubbles I talked to you about just

before? Your reality vs her reality?
You feel different emotions as you speak to different

people. When you speak to a beggar in street, you dont
really care about how he thinks of you! Even if he yells at
you, you just walk away! But when you speak to your boss
or your girlfriend, you do care! Especially if they yell!
When you speak to a woman, frame control is

crucial. Youve gotta be able to have that strong reality and
hold on to it. She will try to break it down several times in
the interaction at specific points. The stronger you hold
your frame; the better results youll get!
A good frame to have is the classic father daughter

frame! How do you feel talking to your little 7-year-old
daughter? Do you feel nervous by the thought of her
rejecting you? Of course not! Because you know for a fact
that you have higher value than she does!

I want you to have a similar frame when you speak to

attractive women! The stronger you hold your frame; the
better results youll get! By using simple techniques like
lazer eye contact, you can channel the tension back on
her rather than you putting all the pressure on yourself!
Your ability to hold on to your frame

determines if you get her or not!
The majority of the male population, never get to be

fully satisfied with their dating life and rarely experience a
partner they truly want because they dont understand this
concept.

3.1. what is it and why should you learn

it?
Tests are a womans fake detection system! A

womans biggest investment is sex when you guys first
meet! She knows when you bed her, shell give all the

investment! She also has to make sure that if you
impregnate her, the kids are gonna be emotionally and
mentally healthy and not weak! Of course women do most
of that evaluation subconsciously!
By testing men, she can identify needy, reaction

seeking, emotionally weak and insecure men! Testing is a
strategy women use to filter low value, incongruent, needy
or weak guys!
You should learn to identify and past her tests,

otherwise, you wont bed her! If you fail her tests, youll be

hard-wired in their head
All women instinctively test you! They come with

this feature installed in them. Theyre born with it! Even

As a rule of thumb, remain emotionally unreactive.

3.5.5. a couple notes on tests
Note: Stay on the same team as her. Dont get into

arguments. Its a rookie mistake to start arguing with her.
Yes, that would be emotionally reacting to her! Drop it and
move on from it as soon as you can!
Also remember that its not personal! There are

millions of bullshit guys out there and 9s and 10s have to

filter them out somehow! How else can she know if

youre man enough for her or not?
Are going to crumble like a little bitch? It gives her a

sense of power, plus it helps her decide whether youre the
kind of guy she want to sleep with or chuck in the friend

This is really a congruence test. Are you really

who youre representing? Or youre just faking it Tests
are good! They are an opportunity for you to show her you
are worthy. An opportunity to turn her on. Remember: If
shes not attracted to you, she wont test you!
4. cold approach
Its absolutely crucial that you watch the

complementary videos of the book in order to see these
concepts in action!
Cold approach means approaching a total stranger,

someone youve never met before and systematically
engaging in a conversation with her that eventually ends in
a one-night stand, one-day stand, long term sexual
encounter or a serious relationship.

process can happen extremely fast (within an hour)
depending on your skills, the woman, and the scenario!
The majority of guys cant imagine the possibilities

and the doors that cold approaches open to them! 3 of my
long term relationships started with a cold approach!
90% of the time that I meet someone new, is because

of a cold approach! I have several students who married
their wives they met through cold approach!

structure of a cold approach and show you step by step

4.1. how do guys take cold approach when

they hear about it first?
At first when guys hear about the cold approach they

manage to make cold approaches, put yourself
on the line and successfully close, there is
almost no other task that could be a challenge
for you!

4.3. the shields (layers) model
All right my man! Let the magic begin. Lets dive in a

Take a look at this layering model (or shields

model)! See When you interact with attractive women,
its very easy to get lost in the interaction and wonder what

Thats what happens to most guys! Especially

beginners, or rusty men who have been out of the game for

This model makes it easier for you to know where

you are in your interaction with her and what you should

Basically if you want to sleep with her, youll have to

penetrate 4 layers (shields) one by one! (You thought there
is only 1 thing you penetrate didnt you?)

game! You kill the beast and go to the next level.
Here, the beast is her skepticism, insecurities, lack

Thats when you penetrate a shield and move to
the next layer!
In order to go through these shields, youll have to

use techniques and strategies such as qualification,
disqualification, physical and verbal escalation and a few
more that you learn in this program! We will go through
them all one by one! For now, lets just take a better look at
the shields model!
4.3.1. social shield
This is the first shield you have to penetrate when

you meet a woman you dont know!
When you say hello to a stranger in Starbucks as

youre waiting for your coffee!

Think about it like the level 1 of the computer game!

She accepts to give you the time of the day to have an
interaction with her.
This doesnt mean youll be friends, nor is a fuck

guaranteed. This just means you are in her orbit now and
you can systematically escalate both verbally and
physically to move forward and build attraction!
At this point, youll be doing more of the talking.

Between 70 to 95% depending on the girl!
For most people this is the hardest part of the

interaction because they dont want to intrude! This is
because theyve been told talking to strangers is rude!
Ill show you techniques to overcome that in the later

chapters!
Once you start the interaction and a dialog begins,

its time for you to lead, ask, interrupt, command,
build rapport, break rapport. Open fire here. Give
all you have. Disqualify and qualify like its the last
few seconds of a basketball game where you have

techniques one by one in the next chapters along with the

4.3.2. friend zone shield
Once you start a conversation with her and she

accepts you as a normal social guy, its time for you to
penetrate the second shield and escalate to the next layer!
At this point there is some level of attraction,

This happens when theres another shift in her mind

The next shield requires a major shift in her mind! If

you manage to pass this shield, shell consider you as a
sexual partner. She still needs more to justify being

point, youll be very close to finish the job!
To make a transition to the next layer, you keep

talking with the same rhythm. If you managed to build
attraction properly, from this point on, most of the work
youll be doing will be on building rapport!
Write this on a piece of paper and stick it to your

laptop:
You allow her to experience you by getting

her to emotionally react to you!
Emotional stories about your passionate romantic

experiences in the past (and how you can talk about them),
play a significant role here. You paint a picture for her
about what could happen between the 2 of you!

about yourself! When you tell them about your adventures
with your ex, she becomes interested in listening to you!
Remember! Women LOVE stories! Especially dramatic

4.3.4. sexual shield 2
By the time you make it here, she is already

convinced that shes gonna have sex with you.
You managed to create attraction, build trust and

create comfort; now its time to seduce!
In order to get to this point, youre gonna need to get

her to sexually qualify herself to you. In the qualification
section, Ill show you how to sexually qualify her and get
her to qualify herself!
4.3.5. obsession shield
And finally the obsession shield! Most men never

experience this! This is where she falls deeply in love with
you!
This usually happens after multiple times of sleeping

together! If youre a beast in bed, you can do this

eventually! Beast mode is when you have a good hard,

orgasm after she does (multiple times); you are a good
kisser and understand her rhythm and you know how to

5. steps of cold approach, the how-to
This is exactly, 100% like playing a game of

chess!
Cold approach pickup is a systematic approach and

has different steps! If you want to get consistent results
with your approaches, I recommend you follow these
steps.
I am going to break it down to a few simple, easy to

understand steps! Remember: There are many
different ways of doing this! This is just one of the
ways! I broke it down into tiny, manageable sections so
you can learn and apply easily!

5.1. attention
This is important! The first step of a cold approach is

getting their attention! In other words, her, noticing
you! Before you even approach or say anything, she has to
notice you!
This is important for a few reasons: First of all, most

people dont expect a total stranger approaching them! If
you approach her without her noticing you first, you could
scare her and create negative tension right off the bat! That
happens quite often when you first start cold approach!
I have seen this several times (and I have made this

mistake myself a lot before). Approaching her from
behind, or approaching her while shes lying down at the
beach for example!
She could jump shit scared and say what the fuck!
So make sure she notices you before you
approach!
How can you get attention?
I call it the stealth effect! This is a ninja move that

increases your success rate by 10 folds. So this is how I
want you to think about it:

In her mind she saw you first!
You can of course ignore this, but that drops your

close rate!

Make sure when you call, she sees you but

dont look at her to see if she saw you!
You can tell if she noticed you or not!
Again, in the Starbucks line, small talk with

she sees youre a just a social guy and you just
talk to anyone; not only women!
Attention is ridiculously simple and based on my

experience its increases the conversations and makes the

the same thing but much quicker!
5.2. pre approach
This is one very powerful technique you should take

advantage of! Once she notices you, you can make quick
eye contact and smile! Hold the eye contact until she looks
away, then you look away! There are many reason you
should do this!
Mainly because you can build what I call, instant

connection!
Youll be amazed by how many women are actually

interested in you at first sight! But since youre not
present or aware of whats going on around and you
dont look at her, she gets turned off!
Presence is an important element of attraction!

Women absolutely LOVE men who are present in the
moment!

So always do a quick scan for those who are available

in the room and find women who are looking for someone
like you!
So basically this is how it happens so far:
1. She notices you
2. You notice her
3. You make the eye contact and smile
4. You dont break the eye contact! Let her break

it first.
*Note: Dont mix this eye contact with value

scanning! Value scanning is bad! Its when you walk into a
venue and boringly, you just scan the room looking for
entertainment, looking for whatever is there to approach
just because you feel uncomfortable on your own and
you are bored! Thats social suicide!
5.3. approach
A main step of the process! Its so important, that Its

what inspired the whole process to be called, Cold
Approach! If you dont approach, you wont get any

could walk to her, or if shes sitting close to you, you can
just turn your head and start the conversation!
This is not about what you say (just yet)! This is just about
how you physically wipe the physical distance between you

What happens when you approach? Depending on

Bad approach: Youll instantly be rejected!
Average approach: She may give you some

time to see what youre about!
Good approach: Creates instant attraction,

approach
Lower the time of reaction! Approach then

could go wrong is always available to you and

about this: She is going to be with a guy

wants to meet a guy! This is your chance to be

I want you to become angry and get

at the same time, youve gotta be smart and approach as

happened to be there at the same venue, in the same line

above, here is a good line you can use in many scenarios:
Its the first time opener. I came up with this a few

In the line to get into a restaurant, at the yoga class

before the class begins, at the bar, at the gym! You just say:
Hey! First time here (With a soft smile)?
Its normal, its believable, it makes sense and it gives

her an opportunity to ask you the same question! Even if
shes socially retarded, shell still be able to tag along!
Most of the time shell respond by asking you the

same question! It also opens the door for you to ask other
things! Its actually my second time, I kinda like it blah
blah
The common Situational openers are another good

way of starting the conversation! Please watch the
complimentary videos of the program to see these in
action!
There are a few elements that determine how shell

react to you!
1. The tone of your voice!

How is your tone? People pleaser? Needy?

Apologetically wanting her to give you her
time? Or do you own it? You know its your
right to speak to her! Do you know that she
subconsciously wants you to talk to her? Do
you know your value as a guy?
2. Your eyes!
Where are you looking when you say hi? Away?
Are you breaking the eye contact or are you
doing the parallelogram formula (Its in The
Eye Contact section)? Women see through
your eyes! She can literally read your mind just
by looking at your eyes and she does it in a few
short seconds!
3. Your body!
Are you facing her fully! Are you investing all
your body in the interaction? Its almost always
a great idea to not face her 100% unless she
does it! Face her on at least a 45 degree angle.
A great way to do this right is to mirror her
body! Is shes facing you fully, you do it too! If
shes not moving her body and only turns her
neck, you do the same!

Here is a good trick: At first when you talk to

her, turn your head instead of facing her
completely!
4. What you say

You can say just about anything! I mentioned a
few simple openers just before! They are good
enough to get your foot in the door!
5.5. false time constraint
When you first start doing cold approaches, there is a

relatively higher risk of rejection involved! As you get more
and more experience, the risk diminishes dramatically!
You gather a frame of reference and quickly get a hold of
what works and how she feels when you do initiate the
interaction!
There reason there is some risk involved is because

as a beginner, its much harder to read her! I used to crash
and burn a lot at first! I was uncalibrated! Doing things
without gauging! You see, interaction is a multi-player
thing! Its requires teamwork and if you dont
communicate properly and read each others signals, youll
easily make mistakes!

As I got more and more experienced, I learned how

to gauge more accurately and act more dynamically
while interacting!
Now think about it! What is the reason for all

rejections? Simple answer: Her objections!
Most of the time there are 2 common objections

youve gotta overcome fast when you first meet a woman.
Basically 2 questions going on in her head!
1. How long is this guy gonna stay?
2. Is he trying to pick me up!?
To over come the first one, it would be a great idea to

throw out a false time constraint (FTC). Marketers use this
all the time in TV ads.
In the next 10 seconds a I am gonna show you how

to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks!
You use the same technique here.
FTC's are basically any statement saying youre not

gonna stay there talking to her for very long! So right after
you Open, throw in the FTC. Here are a few examples:

up (Also funny! Well discuss humor later)

As you throw in the FTC, you physically, pretend that

youre walking away, but you actually stay. There is a clear
presentation of this in the complementary videos of the

After FTCs youll instantly use a bridge to transition

over to the next step! Please note that FTCs are not a
must, however they do have a surprisingly high impact on
increasing your success rate since she wont be able to
raise certain objections anymore!
5.6. bridge
Right after the FTC youll use a bridge and make the
transition! A bridge links 2 sections of your integration
together! Here are some nice working bridges:

The transition is where you leave the opener and

basically throw out the hook of the conversation!
A common mistake is to just throw the opener and

keep riffing on it! Ive seen too many guys start the
interaction and never transition!
The sooner you get off the opener, the better!

Attention -> Approach -> Pre-open -> Open -> FTC

-> Bridge -> Transition
Im breaking this down into tiny little bits youll

understand and be able to do easily with zero,
literally zero chance of making a mistake
There are seriously countless options for

transitioning! The more attraction there is, the more
options you have for transitioning and the more you can
push! How can you build more attraction with only a few
sentences? Easy! Really! Look at the attraction builders in
the Attraction chapter! Here are a few examples:
1. Instant tease transition (Advanced):
You: Youre actually like that actress, whats

her name? Shes not that hot but shes got good
style! You know the one! Shes a little crazy!
Look at the underlined sections above.

Statements like this push so many of her
buttons and if you deliver properly, youll get

her hooked in a stimulating interaction! If you

do it the way I show you in the videos
(definitely watch the videos), she will laugh
and instantly ask you:
Her: Not that hot? Crazy? Excuse me?
You: Yeah, you are actually like her a lot ;). I

mean, do you want me to lie? Do you wanna
ruin everything? Start with lies? Ok you are
10/10 please love me, marry me, I love you
but seriously, I am sure there is more to you
than your looks! Is there?
OMG! You look like Lady Gaga is another

killer! Its a polite insult! Theres a lot to it and
I discuss this in the videos! REMEMEBR!
When you say it, own it! Mean it so you dont
look like a wuss!
2. Whats your story
This is one of the best transitional statements

Ive ever come up with! Ive tested and failed
transitions countless times and after a while I
noticed that this one is one of those lines that

just works really well! All you have to do is

simply ask: So whats your story? How did you
end up sitting here?
You open a door to her life! Countless

conversational threads come out of this one!
3. Situational transition
When youre there be there. Look at her!

There are literally 100 things to comment on!
Her hair, her glasses, her drink, her clothes,
her friends, her phone; basically anything you
can see around! So throw Can I ask you
something? followed by any of these:
a. (Point to her drink and say): What is

THAT? Seriously, what are you
drinking?
b. How do you guys know each other?
c. Whats your perfume? Then whatever she

says, then say: Umm, smells kinda funky!
I mean its not bad, its just different!
d. Is that Gucci? (her purse)

5.8. micro isolate
Now if shes with a few people, you make the focus

on her and here you have to be a little bit of a bad ass!
There are different things you can do based on your
situation!
Here you slightly move back (even less than a step,

or again turn your body as if youre leaving), so there is
less pressure on her! She will get more focused on you and
the conversation when she sees you might leave! When her
friends see youre a normal guy, they dont mind and let
you talk! If shes on her own, then you dont have this
problem!
5.9. the set
The set is where the mating dance happens!
By this point shes already hooked and now its time

to use your conversation toolbox! We are now gonna talk
about techniques: qualifiers, disqualifiers, rhythm
breakers and push and pull!
This is all about building attraction, trust and

comfort!

gotta penetrate the 2nd and 3rd shield; build and break
rapport; and create attraction.
At this stage, 90% of the work is on attraction and

10% on rapport!
Lead, lead, lead! Take control of interaction and

show all the qualities that create attraction. Lets open up
attraction! Im gonna show you how you can build
attraction faster than you could ever imagine!
6. attraction
Your results are attraction based! When you talk to

her, it doesnt matter what your intentions are! Whatever
youre looking for: a girlfriend, a wife or a one-night stand,
you must create attraction first. If you dont know how to
do that, you will be filtered out and simply rejected! So
lets riff on attraction here:
A couple reminders:
6.1. attraction is dynamic
Attraction is a very dynamic emotion. It fluctuates

during the interaction! Its not the same for women as it is

for us guys. You may tell her 1 line that makes her fall for
you. You may tell her 1 wrong thing and kill all the
attraction! Below I show you with graph how attraction
fluctuates!
Attraction is more about who you are and

less about what you do!
6.2. attraction is beyond her logic
She cant choose who shes attracted to! Even

if youre the wrong guy for her, you do certain things that
trigger the attraction, she will get attracted to you!
For us men, attraction is like a switch. You see her,

you like her! We sense the attraction mostly by visual cues!
Sexy face, boobs, nice legs, big blue eyes or tanned skin.
As for women its more like a volume knob!

Women typically need more time to feel the attraction! As
much as women enjoy Johnny Depp looking men, they
dont usually take a guy home based on his looks!
Thats why I mentioned before your looks will not

save the day!

For women its about behavioral cues, NOT visual

cues. This is subconsciously communicated through your
words, your vibe and body language! In other words:
You cant logically convince her to like you! You

have to make her feel certain things about you
while interacting with you!
You got to emotionally convince her to want you!

What she says she wants, is not what she emotionally
responds to!
Look at the chart above. The horizontal line is the

time of the interaction and the vertical bar is the attraction
level. While the interaction is going on, youll be throwing
in comments and questions in a particular way. Everything

you do and dont do makes her feel a certain way and

indirectly updates her attraction level for you!
Point A is where you drop an attraction killer; Acting

incongruent, saying something without conviction, making
an un-calibrated comment (or sticking your finger in your
nose).
As you continue interacting, youll throw out

attraction builders (disqualify, lead) and at point B, her
attraction level for you will start to increase!
When you reach a certain level of attraction, shell

starts showing you signs. Once you see the signs of
attraction, you can move on to the rapport building
section!
6.3. the sIgns that shes attracted:
She gives you complements
She whispers in your ears or talks quietly,

wanting you to come closer to her
She gets nervous around you
She asks questions

She plays with her hair
She feeds the conversation when it slows

down
She looks in your eyes
Her pupils get dilated
She touches you
She asks you personal questions
She speaks with passion
She smiles or laughs
The point of this graph is to demonstrate that

attraction is not static for women! Its important that you
distinguish the difference between how you feel the
attraction and how a woman experiences it!
Now lets take a look at another graph.

Look at line A. Thats what happens when a

woman starts interacting with a guy she is physically
attracted to, but doesnt understand attraction triggers or
how to run an interaction!
As you can see, there is attraction at first, but since

the guy keeps saying and doing the wrong thing and
doesnt understand her language, her attraction level
drops!
Now look at line B. Thats how attraction is built

when an average looking guy interacts with her on her
frequency! If youre an average looking guy (or below
average), you usually start with zero attraction. Thats
almost always the case for me!

But since you say the right things, you show youre
willingness to walk away, youre not needy and you show
the behavioral cues she craves: you create attraction!
And finally line C. A newbie with average game or

no experience. He manages to create some attraction but,
eventually he drops it!
6.4. attraction triggers
Lets quickly discuss what creates the

attraction: why a woman feels attraction for one man,
and not for the others! There are variety of elements that
trigger the attraction.
6.4.1. fun
Fun can override EVERYTHING! If you can get a

woman to feel good about herself while interacting with
you, nothing else matters. How you make her feel
determines whether she goes home with you or not;
whether she marries you or not; whether she becomes the
mother of your kids or not! Youve gotta be able to create
fun/joyful moments for her!

Think about an attractive woman in her late 20s. (5%

of them dont have an easy life! Most women have to work
hard just to keep up.
Its a bit sad but believe it or not, the majority of

women are lonely and bored with their life. On top of that
women dont have the freedom that us guys do! The clock
is ticking for them! Most women are looking for a man to
either settle with or have a good time and party!
It may not look like its this simple, but if you are
fun; if you can get her away from her reality for a few
hours (even for half an hour); if you can get her to come
out of her everyday bubble: she will feel the attraction for
you, no matter how old or unattractive you are.
Create experiences for her! Make her feel good!

Things shes never felt before! Its not hard at all! Be
different! I take women for a walk on a bridge and we
watch the sunset together! Does it sound too romantic?
Well, women love it. It never fails!
Get her to dream! Get her to fantasize about an

amazing life she secretly wants to have! Check the rapport
building questions! Create your own and dont hold back!

The opposite is true as well! Complaining, bitching

or whining, destroys the attraction with the speed of light!
So avoid complaining! Avoid bitchin about life,

6.4.6. presence
When youre there, BE THERE! That

interaction is everything! There is nothing more
important than doing what youre doing right
now! Look at everything as if you were seeing it for
the first and last time. Stop thinking about what to
do next, what could happen, what happened
yesterday or what you should do tomorrow!

a way where you are the leader, youre gonna have

Ive tried this hundreds of times! When I walk into a

bar or yoga class alone, stepped out, and then walk back in
with an attractive woman, the difference is ridiculous!
Yes, human beings are cover judgers! Women are

attracted to men who are pre-selected! It makes sense too!

trusted by women. There should be some value to you

good to do it as fast as you can. The sooner you do it; the

of time with 9s and 10s, youve gotta disqualify before she

Of course dont do it too hard! If you say things like:

disqualify?
Now, when you disqualify, depending on how well

you do it, one of these 4 things could happen:
1. She tries to prove you wrong:

This is the most common reaction!
Example:
You: You and I would never work!

Her: Why is that?
You: Youre one of those needy girls! Youll
text terrorize me!
Her: No I wont I am not needy. She
qualifies herself to you!
You: Really? Thats awesome. Can I trust
you? ****Can I trust you is another qualifier.
Most women fall for it and say of course.
Each time she qualifies herself to you, you
make progress in creating attraction!
2. Shell believe you and give up on you:

This happens if you disqualify too hard or if

up with your own examples. If you observe, you can always
notice deal breaker characteristics and use them!
I want you to pay attention while youre talking to

her and listen to her very carefully. You can use anything
to disqualify her! Even nationality!
In this example I use Germans as an example. No

offence to you if youre German. This is just an example
Oh! I dont date Germans! Most Germans Ive met

are not passionate about anything! My ex was German!

filtering! Getting rid of those you dont truly want!
Not everyone has what it takes to be what you want!

There are women who cant match with you!
You can use the real power of disqualification and

filter women who are not your type!

Qualification is the other side of disqualification and

works in parallel to it! Give me your full attention so we
can nail this one!
This is one of the oldest persuasion tricks invented

by mankind! Qualification is another attribute that
determines if you and her will ever get together or not!
It happens in one of these 2 directions:
When you qualify yourself to her

When you tell her about a quality, positive

characteristic or one of your accomplishments in order to
gain her approval!
You should never, ever qualify yourself to someone

you wanna have sex with (unless its a very special scenario

If you are cool, fun, successful, easy going, and

socially savvy, she will sense it herself. There is no
need for you to brag!
Most men (common in 40+ guys) try hard to impress

women!
This is the opposite of what you should do! This is

the number 1 biggest mistake men make with women they
find attractive! This must be seriously avoided.
You trying to prove yourself to a woman you

just met (qualifying yourself), is the biggest turn
off for her!
Let me give you a few examples. Before knowing

much about her, telling her these:

you wanna have sex with! It will KILL the

Most of the time when women ask me what I do, I

say things like I am a hacker or I am a thief, I steal

dude, you can say I am a super model.
The point here is: by not responding to her seriously,

you show her that you dont really care what she thinks of
you! That triggers attraction. You dont care if she likes you

questions?
Easy! You just think about qualities you want in her!

When you say this one, look at the side of her

go wrong and youre not afraid of breaking her

8. rapport
With rapport, comes comfort and trust, 2

with time and rapport building.
Take the time and allow her to 'get to know you' by

building TRUST and COMFORT. Think about it! She
wouldnt be talking to you if she wasnt already
ATTRACTED.
See if shes standing there, or sitting next to you, it

means shes decided to stay while she could get up and
leave! Either there is attraction, or she is curious!
When there is rapport your conversation will bounce

around and you will be receptive to each other. You
establish trust and general acceptance of suggestions.

8.2. what to do when there is no rapport?
Think about it! The reason there is no rapport is

simply because she doesnt know you well enough to trust
you! You and I dont trust someone we dont know well!
Shes not comfortable and there is good chance she doesnt
trust you (just yet)!
To build rapport, you need to give her bigger

samples of your personality and let her experience
you!
8.3. rapport manipulation
Rapport can be manipulated easily! So if there is

no rapport, its fine! You dont need to force her to trust
you! Instead, start by mirroring her while youre making

There are specific rapport building questions you can

use which well go through in a moment but first, lets talk

If she crosses her arms, then do the same! Cross your

This is a powerful way to build rapport! As I

mentioned before, a lack of rapport (comfort and trust) is
usually caused by a lack of familiarity! Fortunately there
are a few powerful things you can do about this:
1. Ask her specific question about her and get her

2. Listen carefully when she talks and ask her

questions about things she gives you. Let her
do most of the work!
3. Make it a conversation. Tell her about what

most of the work! If you dont do this, youll

Again, if you met online and its your first time

you barely know and putting the effort into getting to
know me, wow, really! Only if all women around had

Once you show recognition for her effort, she feels

much more comfort! This is very ninja! Only a mature,
high value guy understands (and can do) this! Most men
are too much in their head thinking about how they feel!
8.7. what to do when there is enough

rapport?
If there is rapport and she is showing the signs that

she trusts you enough (see the signs of rapport above) and

You can build attraction, create trust, build comfort

9.1.3. flirtease
Flirtease is not even a word! I call this flirtease

because its flirting and teasing at the same time. Its pretty
simple. Its when you get closer to her to do something else
(for example getting your glass of wine), but its indirectly
sexual towards her.

Always a great excuse to get physical. Ask her

This is nice, when did you get it?, or, where did

10.2.2. earrings
This is a bit more intimate! Do it very slowly as you

10.2.3. scars
Also, this is a great excuse for touching and it shows

empathy too. A few weeks ago me and my buddy were

Another point here: at first, make the touches under

3 seconds to test the waters! This way she doesnt get a
chance to reject it in case youve miscalibrated the

If the emotion behind your words in strong

Another excellent excuse for hand touching. The

12. conversation flow! how to never run

out of things to say
Throwing 1 liners, teaser statements or super

qualifiers is great! However, your conversation is a mix of
these that fade into each other smoothly without you
looking rehearsed! Its crucial for you to be able to link
from one section to the other and keep the flow!
There are a few things you should do to master this

and make sure your conversations are smooth and you
wont hit an awkward silence or a glass wall!
1. Master the techniques you learned

above. Qualifiers, disqualifiers, rhythm
breakers and push and pull!
How do you know youve mastered it? Well, if I
ask you to come on stage with me and explain
qualification to 500 men, youve gotta be able
to talk about it for 30 minute! Same with any
other techniques.

2. Prepare!
I am not too crazy about lines but THE MOST
EFFECTIVE LINES are created when youre
out talking to women improvising! Remember
how much I emphasize on being in the
moment?
So when you test something and you see it

works, instantly write it down (in your phone
note app) before you forget it! Most men who
have success with bedding women fast, come
with a collection of lines, routines, questions
and statements that they know how to use!
For years I used to record my conversations on

my iPhone and listen to them later to find out
things that worked and things that didnt!
3. When youre there, be there!

This is a tough one when youre new! I want
you to observe EVERYTHING she says and
does. When you talk and you transition from
the opening (if youre not sure what this is
read, the opening section of the cold approach
chapter), she feeds the conversation and you

can talk to her as if your conversation is a game

of tennis (or chess).
4. Listen and ask good, open questions

Ask open questions! We went through a few of
them in rapport building section!
Yes-No questions like Do you like to
travel?, are not that good. It doesnt give her
much to work with, so if shes not savvy, she
wont be able to play!
Instead, ask open questions! For example, if

shes a writer, ask her: How do you feel when
you write? Or Why did you pick writing over
everything else? Or What makes a piece of
writing better than others?
5. Encourage her to talk more

Let her know shes doing well. Use terms like
Interesting! Tell me more. Or, What do you
mean exactly? These simple words do magic!
6. Have a point of view!

When you have a point of view, you naturally
and genuinely agree and disagree! Dont agree

all the time, at the same time, dont turn into a

negative person who disagrees with everything!
Be genuine! No one likes a people pleasers or a
negative minded man!
7. Learn a few good stories from

experiences
Have stories to tell. Anything exciting that
happened in your life! Practice telling them to
your friends. Have at least 10, 5 minute stories
ready to tell! Learn to tell them passionately!
8. Read the Alchemist

Books like The Alchemist give you great
conversation ideas! Its a book about travelling,
finding your purpose in life, love and other cool
things that women also like to talk about! So
get that book and read it. Write down the
things you like in it!
9. Stack multiple threads

Talk about different things. Get a story to the
hook point where shes interested and curious
to know what happens next, then start another
one! Yes, prepare, prepare, prepare and work

10. Hey by the way, have you seen

Mitty?
Watch Ben Stillers movie called Mitty! Its
the story of an awkward guy with nothing
exciting in his life who suddenly gets to travel

to talk about since it involves travelling and
adventure! Remember before I told you about
how women LOVE travelling? So here is how
you can do this:
If you hit an awkward silence, just ask her: By

the way, what do you think about Ben Stillers

If she has seen it, then great! You can discuss

it. If she hasnt seen it, even better! Then you
can tell her about it! When you talk, you give
her a chance to experience you!
11. Never criticize, condemn, bitch or complain

13.2.1. Youre alreadY half waY In!
The most important thing youve gotta remember

when youre on a date is that, shes already there with
you! This means there is at least some level of attraction
and most of the time its more than what you think. So,
however you got this date, good work! Youve got what it
takes.
Shes been thinking about you and its very possible

that she has already considered sleeping with you too
(otherwise she wouldnt go out with you)! Women are
smart! She knows there is the potential to end up in bed!
If you feel uncomfortable, secretly insecure or a bit

nervous, just remind yourself:
She chose to be with me while she could be

anywhere else!

So dont stress even a bit! Youve already got what it

takes to attract her. Even if its a blind date, it means she
craves a mans company! Youre in a good position either
way!
13.2.2. focus less on attraction and

more on comfort
The rule number one of first dates is comfort!

Act as if you are with your cousin or brother. Each time
you find yourself feeling nervous or awkward, smile and
take a deep breath. Remember: whoever changes the most
in an interaction has lower social value!
This is the main difference between the cold

approach interactions and dates. What Ive noticed is
that, unlike the cold approach, when youre on a date,
youll get faster results when you put less energy and time
on attraction and more on rapport (trust and
comfort).
Make sure you go through the attraction builders we

discussed in the attraction section and keep reminding
yourself: She is already out with me! She said yes
when she could have said no! So use rapport building
statements and questions!

13.2.3. Youre on a mIssIon and You have a

task to complete
Yes, you are on a mission! Your job is to have a good

time and create an experience for her! This is not as hard
as rocket science but you gotta make the date fun for the
both of you! Below I have a list of things for you to do to

13.3. learn some bad ass-effective

routines
Look at routines as stories! We went through this

previously! A routine is a sequence of stories, phrases,
statement and questions you ask in a specific order! If you
dont go on many dates and you dont have routines
stacked on your mind, youve gotta prepare!
Learn a few cool, exciting stories to tell. Previously

I told you about the Alchemist by Paolo Coelho!
That book gives you countless conversational topics to talk
about. Its basically all about travel, love and romance,
food, adventure and other things women desperately
crave!

Watch the Sex and the city TV show and write

down some of the hot conversational topics and talk to her
about them! Sex and the city is the bomb! Its insanely
accurate! Its written for women and they love to talk about
those topics!
So write down specific open topics like travel, food,

fashion and if youre a ninja, sex and dating threads never
fail! Watch the complementary videos of this section and
see how I make maneuvers from one topic to the next!
The point is to stack the stories when you chat!
As you go, stack these threads and stories on top of

each other. Open loops as I showed you in the
conversation section!
13.3.1. trim your nose and ear hair
Getting personal here. This one is disgusting but Ive

gotta tell you about it man! As you might have noticed,
when us guys hit the age of about 35, our ears and noses
start to get hairy! Most women dont like it!
So get a trimmer and get rid of the hair there. Also

clean your ears! That one is also easy to miss! There is
good chance she wont fuck you if she sees the yellow stuff
in your ear! Before you meet her, go in front of a mirror

and scan your face to make sure you dont have anything
stuck in your nose. Check both holes.
13.3.2. clean up, dress well and simple
Before you go, take a shower, wear a little bit of

perfume and definitely use deodorant! Wear something
nice and keep it simple! Dont show up in a stained shirt!
Wear nice cloths and keep things as simple as possible!
And remember: women care a great deal about shoes!

13.3.3. carry a backup viagra
We went over this in the sex chapter. Check with

your doctor to make sure that you dont have a special
medical situation and if you dont, keep a Viagra or Cialis
in your wallet (Make sure she doesnt see it)! Its common
not to be able to get it up the first time you bed her!
Performance anxiety is a bitch, but its easily stoppable!
Just knowing you have a backup pill in your pocket does
the job for you!

13.4. to do + not to do
13.4.1. get physical from the second you

see her
Dont wait even a little! The moment you see her,

hug her and kiss her on her chick. Here is where you
should lead like a boss!
So dont hesitate getting physical and remember she

is gonna follow you. Full hearted. No doubts! As you spend
time together, it gets easier and easier. If there is any
tension present, it will fade eventually!
13.4.2. then create gap
Once you hug and kiss, create some physical gap

between the 2 of you. Let her see youre not desperate to be
physically close to her! After about 15 minutes in, use the
escalation techniques and get closer to her. The point here
is not to stick to her from the moment you see her. So, hug,
create a gap and then slowly get closer again!

Its common to get nervous and clumsy on dates! I

get emails from guys who accidentally spilled the wine or
pushed the door instead of pulling and everything went
wrong after that!
See it doesnt have top be like that. Things can go

wrong quite often but the point is Nothing is a big deal!
So relax, move a little slower than usual, even blink

slower and every minute take a deep breath (Not too deep
as it looks like youre doing something weird!)
Even when she asks you something, wait a couple

seconds, then reply! That tiny delay gives you some time to
process what she said, and makes her listen better to what
you have to say!
13.4.4. smile
This is a big one! Have fun and if youre not at first,

pretend youre having fun! For a woman, there is nothing
worse than being on a date with a guy who doesnt smile!

So make sure you smile! It shows youre confident

and subconsciously creates more attraction! Guys who are
uncomfortable and insecure dont smile on dates!
13.4.5. dont ever pIck Your nose
As blissful as it may feel to finger your nose, your

finger doesnt belong to your nose holes! It may fit in
pretty well but thats not a good enough reason to put it
there. Many things fit in many places, it doesnt mean we
should put them there.
If you get caught picking your nose, no one can save

you! She will never ever consider you as her guy no matter
what! Can you imagine a girl workin her nose? What a turn
off would that be! Its time to drop bad habits like this.
13.4.6. stack your stories
Stack them like a bitch. I have +100 routines, stories

and phrases! Remember: your date should be fun and
interesting!

13.4.7. disqualify and beware of the lag

(delay)
We talked about disqualification in the conversation

section and I wanna remind you here again! You have to
disqualify first. If you are not familiar with this, please
read the disqualification section.
It doesnt have to be that strong because there is

already attraction and shes on a date with you! But its
almost always beneficial and effective since it creates a
challenge for her. Mask it and make sure its as indirect as
possible! For example, when you see her, hug her, then
step back a little, smile and tell her:
You look different! Not exactly like your photos!
Then shes ask you Is that bad? OR Worse?
And you just say: Different. Smile and change the

subject.
And remember! When you disqualify, you dont see

the effect instantly! It takes a few minutes because it
engages her subconscious!

13.4.8. bounce her
This is huge! Move her. Meet for coffee or a drink in

a lounge bar, then after about 15-20 minutes go for a walk
at the beach. Then stop for a slice of pizza and go check out
an art gallery!
Remember: the more you bounce her, the closer she

feels to you. The closer she feels to you; the easier sex
becomes for her! So make sure you dont spend all your
time in 1 venue.
13.4.9. outcome detached! slapped in the

face?
When youre out there sitting with her you only have
1 job! Have good time with her! You dont worry about
what happens next, if you guys are gonna have sex or not
or what could happen! Look! Youve already won! You
have a beautiful woman in front of you! If you enjoy your
time with her and focus on making that interaction as fun
as possible, the rest will happen automatically (as long as
you escalate)!

When youre out, be nice to waiters and people

serving you! She looks at you and she wants you to be a
nice guy in public! Being nice to other people shows her
that you are a caring person and not a dick! She may even
leave in the middle of the date just because you act like a
douche bag or youre rude to the waitress. So be nice to
others!
13.4.11. throw conditional complements
Another rocket! Give complements with room to

improve! Here are some examples:
I like what youve done to your eyebrows but I think

it looks better with darker lipstick!
If you wanna intensify, exaggerate both ends. Both

the high and low:
Oh my God! I absolutely LOVE what youve done to

your eyebrows wow. But your lipstick is just not going
well with it!

13.4.12. be extra present! study her pupil

when she talks
Weve been through this one as well. When youre

there, BE THERE! No day dreaming or going in your head
worrying and wondering what if? So pay attention, be
present, observe, listen to her carefully and remember the
joy is in the moment! Once you learn to connect to the
moment and not worry about anything that is not there,
you start to enjoy everything 100 folds.
13.4.13. dont sIt face to face
When youre out with her, avoid sitting face to face!

By sitting face to face, you put pressure on her and on
yourself! So sit next to her. It also makes it easier to
accidentally touch her. Remember we discussed elbow
rubbing?
Even when you walk to the venue and you see that
the chairs are set in front of each other, just move it next to
her. These 5 seconds discomfort make the entire date go
smoother and end with better results!

13.4.14. dont drInk much
I recommend you to be 100% sober! If you really

have to drink, stick to 1 or 2 drinks max! I dont mean 2
bottles; I mean 2 glasses! Especially on a first date! More
than that you lose control and do/say inappropriate
things!
Most women drink on a first date! If she does, make

sure you do too. Drink it slowly so you dont exceed 2
glasses!
13.4.15. 1 inch at a time
There are 2 simple mindsets that dramatically

change your results! A lot of guys complain: she came out
with me and said no to sex. Its so common that they even
came up with terms for it in pickup community!
So to bust that you need to remember:
When you meet first, you never ever never

say Hey were gonna have sex.
Remember: its like slowly boiling water! First its

cold, then it warms up slowly! 1 inch at a time. Dont bring
up sex right off the bat! Instead talk about traveling! Then

until after sex
Youre gonna find yourself on dates with women way

out of your league! It feels so good to tell her how beautiful
she is and how excited you are that she is there!
Well you really shouldnt show that much interest

unless you see mutual attraction! Let me tell you why!
See, the moment you put her on a pedestal before

shes shown you any interest, she realizes youre desperate!
Challenge over, game over! You give all the value away as
well!
So make sure you bed her first or you get enough

attraction from her end before you pedestal her! Once
youve had sex, then you can tell her whatever nice words
you want!

are
This is a rookie mistake professionals make! I have

seen so many women getting turned off when a guy talks
about his money or other girls he has slept with!
That is the best way to attract gold diggers and repel

quality women! We dont want to attract gold diggers; we
want to keep quality women around! So make it about her.
If you wanna talk about success and achievements, let it be
her who does the talking.
A few nights ago I was out with a friend who happens

to be a successful lawyer who cant get laid! I know why
now!
When we sat to order food, there was a pretty

Brazilian waitress this guy liked a lot! They started talking
and she was keen at first, but suddenly, he took his card
out of his pocket and said I am a lawyer, if you have any
property work you call me, ok? I mean ANY type of

She was talking about surfing in Costa Rica while

this guy cut her thread with his business card! I saw the

after sex)! Make her the hero and admire her for having
goals, dreams or achievements in her life!

achievements in materialistic form, and the more you talk

When I talk about situational confidence, I see it

makes most men angry! Because its confronting! If you
wonder about your confidence and whether its situational

15.6. we are not born confident
An average ordinary person (like me, and probably

you as well) is not born confident! I used to be the least

under your chin
This is easy and effective! Look at your right hand,

point your finger and make the loser sign and place your

throat! This gives your neck a 90-degree angle and stops
