On August 14, 2017, bid submittals were received in response to the Invitation to Bid #00000686, and three (3)
bids were received.

The bids have been checked for accuracy and compliance with the minimum requirements. The City of Portland
intends to award a contract to the Contractor listed below. Their bid have been determined to be responsible and
responsive. This award shall be final seven (7) calendar days after the date of this letter.
