Learning/Purpose
Through the literature, I 9/12- So far, I want to focus my study on why play is important
intend to learn about my in Kindergarten. I then steered away from that and I am now
topic, and whats current focusing on why parent involvement is important to early
in the field. I also plan to childhood education. I have adapted my research to helping
learn from other working parents with parent involvement. I also researched
researchers approaches how to help parents with involvement at home.

Through interviews I can I ended up interviewing the parents and staff one time. I didnt
collect data on if the get the information that I wanted from the first interview, and I
parents are working with got a lot of information with the surveys and home-school
their child at home on activities so I only did
the different activities
provided to them.
I am debating on
interviewing the teachers
as well, to see if they
see a difference in the
child because more
parents involvement
would most likely be
happening. But I am not
sure yet.
