What is your products?
- Our product is spicy noodle salads.
Why did you choose these products?
- Because we think that it is easy to cook and it shows thai entity. Also, we realized
that mama (noodle) and glass noodle are very famous in thai teenager so we
confident that we will be able to sell a lot.
Why will students buy this product?
- Because we choose the food that popular in the teenage circumstance which are
mama (noodle) and glass noodle,and it is thai food which is familiar to most students.
Also, since we have foreign teachers, they might interested in our food.
What resources do you need to produce your product?
- Glass noodle, instant noodle, pork, sausage, onion, tomato, cabbage
- Lime, fish sauce, palm sugar, chilli
- Cup, fork
How will you get them?
- We will buy them from Makro, local markets, and our friends business.
How will you produce your product on the day?
- We will prepare all the materials and ingredients

What is your selling price and strategy?
- About 25 baht.
- Because we target on students, and their money in 1 day is about 100 baht. So we
come up with the price 25 baht.
- Also, the students available on that day will have around 400 people, so 25 baht will
make a profit for our booth.

Will you have any offers / promotions

- On the day, we will provide a Couple promotion ( If on that day 1 couple with boy
and girl come to our booth together then we will give them an 5 baht discount from 50
baht to 45 baht)
How many products do you think you will sell on the day?
- 2 products: Yum Woon Sen and Yum Mama
What is your breakeven point?
- At 120 cups at 25 baht it will meet the breakeven point.
What profit do you expect?
- 2,000 baht

What resources will you need to start your shop?
- Table, Glass noodle, instant noodle, spicy sauce, pork, sausage.
- For setting up the store we will use sarong for decoration which is thai traditional
fabric.
Where will you get these resources?
- We will buy resources at Makro department store. .
How will you set up your shop?
- We will prepare spicy sauce before we open our shop.
How will you assign the roles?
- We will help each other to prepare the products. And we will divide people in our to
manage each section such as production and financial etc.

Promotion
How will you promote/ market your product?
- We will present our products by using Thai style of decoration.
- We also set the theme of Thai temple market.
Will you advertise beforehand?
- We will create a poster and put it up around the school. We also will promote on
social media.
How will you make your shop attractive on the day?
- One of our members will dress in a Thai traditional dress to present our shop on the
day
