Goal and Rationale: By the end of PSI I would like to develop a repertoire of
competencies and techniques that I have learned in both my education courses and
my practicum and learn how to use them effectively in order to become more
confident in my classroom management skills. Building this repertoire would allow
me to grow in confidence in creating a safe and caring classroom setting that
promotes respect on both sides, allows for control of the classroom, and promotes
both academic and personal success of the students.
