These are the Terms of Business for Go Arthur Ltd.

These are our Basic Terms

1. Definitions

A. We or us means Go Arthur Ltd.

B. You includes your employees.

C. Introduction means the supply of information by us concerning a candidate for employment or self
employment, even if an engagement does not arise and whether or not the candidate was previously known to
you.

D. Engagement means the employment or engagement by you of a candidate on a permanent, or as a self-

employed contractor within 12 months of an introduction or interview (if a candidate interviews after the 12
months but was introduced to client during the 12 month period this is still classed as an engagement within
our terms) whether or not for the position originally envisaged.

2. Acceptance

We agree to supply you with introductions subject to these terms of business only. Any changes to these
conditions must be agreed in writing. Your receipt of an introduction shall be deemed to your acceptance &
compliance of these terms.

3. Data Protection and Confidentially

A. Introductions and personal data transmitted from here onwards are confidential and may not be disclosed
by you to any third party that has not been agreed. We may not disclose any confidential information relating
to you. We agree to sign Non Disclosure Agreements should the need arise.

B. We advertise all of our job vacancies without your company name and specific company details. We do
this to protect both your business and our business. .

4. Fee and Invoices for our Full Recruitment Package

A. A standard fee of 3,250 is charged upon the first day of engagement to be paid in full within 30 days of the
candidates start date.

B. You agree to supply an offer letter or contract of employment signed & agreed by the candidate.

C. We reserve the right to charge interest on fees that are unpaid after 14 working days at the annual Bank of
England rate, calculated on a daily basis from the date of the invoice. We reserve the right to engage in legal
procedures to gain payment of any outstanding monies 3 months after the original invoice was raised.

5. Law & Jurisdiction

A. These Terms of Business are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and
Wales.

B. We are an Equal Opportunities company; our policy is to ensure that our customers & suppliers comply with
all legislation.
