1. Definitions
C. Introduction means the supply of information by us concerning a candidate for employment or self
employment, even if an engagement does not arise and whether or not the candidate was previously known to
you.
2. Acceptance
We agree to supply you with introductions subject to these terms of business only. Any changes to these
conditions must be agreed in writing. Your receipt of an introduction shall be deemed to your acceptance &
compliance of these terms.
A. Introductions and personal data transmitted from here onwards are confidential and may not be disclosed
by you to any third party that has not been agreed. We may not disclose any confidential information relating
to you. We agree to sign Non Disclosure Agreements should the need arise.
B. We advertise all of our job vacancies without your company name and specific company details. We do
this to protect both your business and our business. .
A. A standard fee of 3,250 is charged upon the first day of engagement to be paid in full within 30 days of the
candidates start date.

B. You agree to supply an offer letter or contract of employment signed & agreed by the candidate.
C. We reserve the right to charge interest on fees that are unpaid after 14 working days at the annual Bank of
England rate, calculated on a daily basis from the date of the invoice. We reserve the right to engage in legal
procedures to gain payment of any outstanding monies 3 months after the original invoice was raised.
A. These Terms of Business are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and
Wales.
