Conclusions:

Construction projects are highly complex and dynamic in nature and oriented with
different kinds of risks.
As a result from above construction activities risks listed below with its priorities
in view to resolve them mainly in construction industry projects.
First Priority Risk:
Proper protective systems are not installed.
Permit to work systems are not implemented.
Safe operating systems are not established.
Proper job related trainings are not provided.
Legal and other legislations are not followed.
Emergency response preparedness (ERP) are not conducted.
Proper house keepings are not followed in the workplace.
Second Priority Risk:
Aurthorised persons are not carried the inspection regularly.
Tool box meetings are not conducted .
Induction trainings are not provided for newly oppointed employees.
Safe operating procedures are not reviewed periodically.
Check list are not established in during inspections.
Proper supervisors are not appointed for all sections.
LOTO are not used in during maintenance.
Third Priority Risk:
Proper maintenance are not followed for equipments.
Suitable & proper PPEs are not provide for workers.
Poor supervision of the housekeeping.
Welfare facilities are not provided for workers.
Safety net are not installed properly.
Earth moving equipements are not maintained properly.
Signal boards are not installed properly (like no smoking area).
TPI are not conducted for lifting equipements by aurthorised persons.
Tools & Tackels are not insected properly.
