Easier Way to Help the Facilities Management

Dear Mr. Boon,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am an alumni of the University of Reading and really enjoyed my degree in BA Business and Management 2016. I am
currently working in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector. We (OpenSensors.io) are dealing with facilities occupation analysis.
By installing IoT devices in a building we help you understand when and how much working space has been used at what
time and also provide you with a report of these analysis.

This can increase the studying space during the session periods at the library or the other learning facilities. OpenSensors.io
will advise you and install you the devices that you want to get, we will analyse your information and provide it according to
your metrics. If I have taken your interest with our solution please feel free to contact me and visit our website:
www.opensensors.io or you can directly click from my signature.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
