Attorney-Client Agreement

Scope of representation

We have agreed to represent Client Owen Owner, defending him of the charges against him from
slip and fall of Ms. Candace, on December 07, 2016. Our representation will not terminate on the
courts appeal proceeding have concluded.

Fees

The firm will charge an hourly rate and the deposit required of $1,500. The Client Mr. Owner,
will pay the fee prior to the commencement of the firms representation. The attorney will make
any additional fee known to the client in a timely manner. All fee must be paid by the client
within 25 days after the final decision of the court. If the client doesnt pay from the result of the
full amount it will be an additional fee of that time.

Termination of the attorney-client relationship

The client may terminate the attorneys representation at any time. The attorney may terminate
of any time do to the consent or good cause. In rule 1.16(a)(b), good cause will be if a situation
arises where the attorney can no longer represent and defend the client. Such situations can be a
conflict of interest or life-alert circumstance in the attorneys life. If the representation is
terminated by either party before any time the client and attorneys court appearance, a portion of
the fee will be reimbursed. The amount will be set by the attorney. The amount returned will be
assessed by the lead of the firm depending on why the termination happened and the amount of
work already done. If the Client terminates the representation, up to 80.99% of the will be
reimbursed, depending on the situation.

Retention of files

Our Clients file will be either be maintained or destroyed. If the client will like to have access to
the files of the case or may want copies for his personal record, the Client has the right to, but we
will keep the files stored for 6 years.

Liens

This firm has reserve the right place to a lien on the Clients (Owen Owner) property. To any
upon singing, the client understands and agrees that any failure to pay the fixed fees and all other
fees of the representation will in loss of any property or assets agreed upon.
