a complete and comprehensive suite of Consultancy,
Training offerings and modalities including
instructor led, e-learning and blended learning
solutions.
ASPEN leads the way with new and innovative ways
to assist in skilling and to empower the individuals in

Started as a Not for Profit organization .

Began with three members.
1999 Focus on Career Counseling for School Students

Introduced Education Abroad as domain and Counseling

to students in Colleges and Universities
2002
Training Division was established.
Began with Corporate Training
2005 Team Size increased to 15

Incorporated the Not for Profit Organization as a Private Limited Company.

2012
Developed the Career Assessment Test for Schools.
Introduced Teacher Training Program for Schools.
Introduced Campus Recruitment Training Program for College
2013 Covered North India for delivery of Programs
