The Board Examinations are to be conducted smoothly and successfully without giving room to
any complaint. As the exams are conducted State wide, uniform practice in conduct of examinations in
all the centers is expected, so that a standard conduct of examination will be maintained and followed.
In this connection the guidelines that are to be followed are enclosed. The different forms that are being
used in the conduct of Examination are also given for reference and use.

You are requested to take a printout of the Guidelines and the forms and stitch them in such a
way that it will remain as a standard and permanent document for the conduct of Board Examinations.
You are also requested to go through them in detail and make sure that everyone involved in the
Examination process ( Chief Supdt., Additional Chief Supdt., Hall Supdts. External & Internal Examiners
and Students ) are familiar with the guidelines and procedures.
