A strong leader in the industry is someone who is optimistic, able to adapt, aware
that they can always learn from others and others can learn from them. Dont
ever ask someone to do something that you wouldnt do yourself. Constantly
adjust to changing situations and have strong time-management skills. Be able to
communicate well, inspire and motivate others through both words and actions.
