RE: Letter of Recommendation

To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the distinct privilege of working with Julie Estep during the school years 2012-2013.
Julie was my paraprofessional for the Kern High School District during this time. She is a
talented, passionate, and dedicated assistant, whom I can recommend without any hesitation.

Ms. Estep is a seasoned paraprofessional whom embodies all the qualities of a successful
educator. She cultivated a rich skill mix that has emerged from her paraprofessional position
throughout the scope of the Special Education Field. Working with a diverse group of students,
grade levels, and educational settings has equipped Julie to bring a valuable experience to the
table. Julie knows each of her students well and establishes techniques to benefit each learning
modality. I have witnessed firsthand how much she loves her students, which reciprocate her
affection.

Julie is familiar with the IEP process and consistently communicates with her teachers any
concerns she may have for each student. She is proactive about ensuring that their needs are met
and strengths developed academically and socially. Her willingness to assist in whatever
capacity for students having disabilities and handicaps is one from a heart of dedication and
loyalty to the field.

I am pleased to provide Julie with my highest recommendation to the next avenue of excellence
she pursues, whatever that position may be. She will be an asset to any team of professionals
and in my opinion has demonstrated great leadership within her learning community. She has
left a tremendous imprint on the lives of those whom she has touched. It would be a privilege to
expand on any of my remarks.

Best Regards,
