Work with the Leadership Team to lay down the Continuous Improvement Road Map for the business.
o Lead and facilitate Kaizen events in line with the roadmap.
Train/mentor/coach Value Stream personnel and other staff in CBS tools. Develop tool champions from all areas.
Work with the finance team to validate the results from improvement projects in the P&L.

Led the Operations to achieve a 26% growth in the Saunders Business in 2015 in India.

Launched, the ES Modular Actuators, which reduced the variation in actuator SKUs from 145 to 15.

Instrumental in reducing the Over Time Man Hours by 90% resulting in an annual productivity of 3.1 million INR.
Conducted several Kaizen events resulting in Breakthrough Improvements, e.g.:
o >40% improvement in Assembly Cell Productivity; 94% reduction in autoclave change over times; 35%
improvement in absorbed costs; >50% reduction in rubber diaphragm rejections.
5 day Factory re-layout event to improve material flow, reduce hazards and generate manufacturing space.
Re-Designed the Supply Chain to reduce the lead time of the Aseptic Diaphragm Valves by 67%.
Designed a Lean & Automated Testing facility for the Dual Plate Check Valves.
