What do you feel you need to improve upon? *

Your answer
I feel I need to work on the following aspects-
Asking more questions to get a deeper insight on the requirements of the
stakeholders
Thinking solutions for the long term
Taking in a 360 perspective when thinking about problems and related
solutions.
To try and let down my walls and allow new people in.

What things do you feel have gotten in the way of improving

performance? *
Your answer

In my project of taking the onboarding virtual and online a major challenge

has been getting the directors to record their voice on their functional PPTs.
After multiple follow ups, reminder emails, blocking time continuously Ive
been given all kinds of excuses to not record for the same like important and
unavoidable last minute meetings, to being unwell and forgetting, to being
drunk on the weekend ;).

At times its a challenge to get the Tech team to participate in engagement

activities. We need to do multiple follow ups and physically herd them to take
part in some of the initiatives.

Any other comments
