1.We want confirmation for the space available for network panel in Power plant, East substation.

2. please provide us layout of east substation with suitable place for new panel. Also we need safe route
of control cable till that panel.

3. Please confirm RMU is out of scope.

4.Only existing fire system will connect with new system.

5. HMI with basic features will provide. With maximum 03-month Alarm and Event history.

6. Please confirm the final location for the control building.

7. For cable routing GI pipe or cable tray will be lay and allow us to weld or mount with the pipe or cable
try with Generator container for outside. Size will max. 6 diameter. (see attachment).

8. We will use pipe 6 or 1 under the road for the communication and control cable. On the both side of
the road we will make main hole for service/ miantenaince.

9. Circuit breaker will provide with IP65 housing for earth transformer.

1. Uninterrupted power supply will be responsibility of Petro-china in Power plant and substation
for PLC, Controllers and communication devices.
2. Please confirm us the specification of exiting FOC and connector type in patch panel.

1. What is AGC G1, AGC G2 and AGC G3 in 19.6 - Part III - Section 4 - Scope of Work. New
Monitoring system diagram, please clarify its required operation?
2. In 19.6 - Part III - Section 4 - Scope of Work, The AGC controller has built-in Modbus TCP/IP
feature, if there is proper cable routing and if control room location can be adjusted then
distance will be less than 100 meters without creating any obstacle on road, So no need for extra
AGC controller and RS485 convertors.
3. Is that mandatory to provide NS209-FCS network switch as shown in 19.6 - Part III - Section 4 -
Scope of Work. New Monitoring system diagram?
4. Please confirm us from which location Company will provide us Gas Turbine Running/ stopped
status either from Power plant or East substation?
5. If it is from Power Plant control room, then confirm us is there any location to install one small
PLC in control building?
6. Please provide us Control room dimension and cable entry location and size.
7. Can we use existing network switch for the RS-485 communication after using media convertor
from Power plant and East substation? If Yes then please send us network switch specifications.
But still separate fiber pair is required for can bus operation.
8. Who is responsible to provide uninterrupted power supply for PLC and HMI workstation
minimum?
