In this section, we are going to discuss on the procedure that need to be follow by the people
around the accident scenes. 5 types of situation has been chosen to be covered in this section
which are:

The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations require

employers, or in certain circumstances others who control or manage the premises, to report
to the relevant enforcing authority and keep records of:

1. work-related deaths

2. work-related accidents which cause certain specified serious injuries to workers, or

which result in a worker being incapacitated for more than seven consecutive days

3. certain dangerous occurrences (near-miss accidents)
