4:00 pm Meet at Connex to assemble props for band 3:45 pm Eat and change into BLACK show shirt, athletic shorts, black socks and band
(Scaffolding, podium) shoes. Hair needs to be performance ready.
4:30 pm Props ready 4:30 pm Call time for rehearsal in stadium.
5:45 pm Move props to location directed by staff 5:45 pm Leave stadium; We have plenty of time to change into full uniform with
6:00 pm Enter Stadium and buy dinner from Concession stand (KHSB gets $) gloves and gauntlets on. Have shako with you, but leave hat box and hanging bag on
7:00 pm Expo starts rack.
8:05 pm Watch the performance! Following the performance, meet band at track by 7:20 pm Warmup
field house to coordinate instrument pick up and move props to Connexs and 8:05 pm Perform. Following the performance, move to track for water (provided),
disassemble then quick turnaround for:

6:45 am Report time @ stadium. Eat breakfast before you arrive so you will
have energy @ 12:30 pm and
later. Have your Black Sense of Direction Show shirt, athletic shorts, black
socks and band shoes on. Hair is
show-ready.
7:00 am-8:30 am Rehearse in stadium
8:30 am Bring a snack to eat before you load the bus; this needs to give you
energy you will need to get you through your performance so pack smartly.
9:45 am Leave for stadium you will have your hanging bag and hat box on
bus.
10:15 am Arrive at Southlake Dragon Stadium, Carroll ISD
11:20 am-12:05 pm Warmup
12:20 pm - Gate
12:30 pm Prelims Performance 1:00 pm Change and put short/sweats
on. Keep your Black Sense of Direction shirt on. We will feed you a
Fajita lunch at the Southlake site. After you eat, we will sit in the stands to
watch other groups. BRING YOUR WATER JUG!!!
4:30 pm Exhibition by the Missouri State University Marching Band and
Announcement of Finals times. We
will be eating another meal provided by the band boosters.
TBA Finals performance - You will have your uniform bag and hanger and a
change of clothes on the bus. Be ready for all types of weather. After the last
group performs, all band members go onto the field for retreat in full
uniform, but no equipment. Finals scores are announced. After we load the
buses and truck, we will head for Keller High School. We will be back appx.
11:30 pm-12:00 am.
Gate Dimensions

The Band/Pit Entrance Gate is 10 wide with no height restriction. The Band/Pit Exit Gate is 14 wide with no height
restriction.

SPECTATOR PARKING There is a $5 charge for spectator parking at the Dallas/Ft. Worth Regional. Additionally, the
Carroll H.S. Band Boosters will be selling reserved/numbered spots that are closer to the stadium entrance for $15 each.
Spectators will be granted in/out privileges as long as you show your ticket or ticket stub to the parking attendants.
Please advise your parents and boosters to arrive early and allow extra time to get to the stadium, especially during peak
times
