4:00 pm Meet at Connex to assemble props for band 3:45 pm Eat and change into BLACK show shirt, athletic shorts, black socks and band
(Scaffolding, podium) shoes. Hair needs to be performance ready.
4:30 pm Props ready 4:30 pm Call time for rehearsal in stadium.
5:45 pm Move props to location directed by staff 5:45 pm Leave stadium; We have plenty of time to change into full uniform with

Gate Dimensions

The Band/Pit Entrance Gate is 10 wide with no height restriction. The Band/Pit Exit Gate is 14 wide with no height
restriction.

SPECTATOR PARKING There is a $5 charge for spectator parking at the Dallas/Ft. Worth Regional. Additionally, the
Carroll H.S. Band Boosters will be selling reserved/numbered spots that are closer to the stadium entrance for $15 each.
Spectators will be granted in/out privileges as long as you show your ticket or ticket stub to the parking attendants.
Please advise your parents and boosters to arrive early and allow extra time to get to the stadium, especially during peak
times
