III.PROCEDURE
Preliminary Activities
Daily Routines (Prayer, Greetings, Checking of Attendance,
Classroom Management)
Review of Previous Lesson
Questions:
1. What is single pole single throw switch or SPST?
2. What are some of the practical applications of SPST switch?

A. Activity (4-Pics)
On the slide presented composed of 4 pictures, ask the students on
the common word that best described the pictures. The number of
spaces corresponds to the answer words/letters.

B. Analysis
Ask the students with the following questions:
1. What is common about the pictures presented?
2. What do you think is the relation or connection from one
slide to another?
a. What might be the relations of the presented word with our
new topic?

C. Abstraction
THREE WAY SWITCH CIRCUIT
A Wiring Diagram is a fundamental conventional graphic illustration
of an electrical circuit. It shows the simplified shapes, power, lighting,
and signal connections between the devices.

D. Application

1
Dr. Jose P. Rizal Senior High School
Divide the class into two (2) groups. Each group shall choose a team of
five (5) members to represent them. Given the materials (picture cut-
outs), assemble the electrical diagram being asked to be constructed.

Ask valuing question questions from time to time.

Generalization: Ask a student to generalize the concept presented.

IV. EVALUATION
Identification
Direction: Write the word/s being described by the statement (1-5) /
represented by the picture (6-7).

1.
2. It is electrical switch that can be used to control a load in two
different locations.
3.
V. ASSIGNMENT
Follow Up: (short bond paper)
Draw the 4 types of electrical diagrams of a simple parallel
circuit consisting of a two (2) bulbs (load).
